Brick work with clay fly ash F.P.S (non modular) bricks of class designation in foundation & Plinth a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1Cement: 6 Coarse Sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : a)New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and stacking of Fly ash conforming to IRC- 58 at site, including carriage, loading , unloading & stacking up to any lead (measured stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Filling with available fly ash and earth (excluding rock) in trenches or embankment in layers (each layer should not exceed 15 cm), with intermediate layer of compacted earth (Soil density of 98%) after every four layers of compacted depth of fly ash, sides & top layer of filling shall be done with earth having total minimum compacted thickness 30 cm or as decided by Engineer -in- charge, including compacting each layer by rolling/ ramming and watering , all complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer -in - charge.

Dismantling stone slab flooring laid in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : a)25 mm thick.

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average)thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone. a)Red sand stone

Cutting bajri paths and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of brick aggregate, moorum and red bajri required.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

P/Fixing semi circular dome structure for Yoga size 13.5x 6.5m in DDA park as per details along with photograph enclosed. a)Dome structure supported on 12 no Hot finished seamless type tube 75mm dia with wall thickness 4mm having height 3.50m, embedded 60cm in ground in cement concrete 1:2:4 having on clear height 2.90m (cement concrete to be paid separately) i/c priming and welding complete. b)steel work in built up tabular (round, sq or rectangular hollow tubes etc), trusses etc i/c cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat i/c welding and bolted with special shaped washer etc complete hot finished seamless steel tube with medium duty. c)Steel work welded in built up section/framed work, trusses work i/c cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a prime coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc as required. d)Covering the dome with garware (wall ropes Pvt Ltd. Fabric fixed with aluminum strips as required with powder coated Alumunium 50 microns i/c nuts, bolts, clip etc complete i/c Dome enhanced two sided of shorter length as shown in photograph i/c phrill 40cm wide all along sides of dome. e)Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade; two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary opening of approved brand and manufacture. Note: Dome structure to be made as per existing dome structure at section 5 BGS school Dwarka in all respect of drawing design completed as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m) having 50 no rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) /Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. A)In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Deduct for salvag value of steel

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a)Two or more coats on new work.

b)One or more coats on old work.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
