Providing & Installing the Double Arch Swing of make ARIHANT /KOMPAN/ LAND SCAPE STRUCTURES/ PLAY/LEO/KAALIA of size 3.10x1.50mtr. Main Frame:- Main Cross Bar made of round 75mm O.D. pipe and legs made of 50mm N.B. pipe Legs- Arch shaped bended (Must be min in GI "B" class pipe). T pipe will be required for the Cross bar. All the pipes should be ISI marked ( as per the IS 1239/2004) & of reputed brand. Ensuring the Strength, durability, stability & long life to the Kids. structure with safety as paramount. Seats- Belt Type Seats made of Synthetic Rubberized material/Fiber reinforced fabric materials of Virgin Reinforced material & also duly with UV resistant colors, Chain Made of approx 6mm thick G,I chain with rubberized coating of with 3 mm minimum thickness, Chorme plated supporting hook for belts Hooks for convenience & height adjustment/ Seat Movement, self lubricated council type bush baring clamps provided with rubber coated chain to be hang the complete belt assembly. Providing & Installing the SEA SAW DOUBLE of make ARIHANT /KOMPAN/LAND SCAPE STRUCTURES /OK PLAY/LEO/ KAALIA of size 2.0x2.50mtr.Main Frame: made of see saw made of 50mm NB pipe with planks made of 40mm NB pipe and supports made of 20mm N.B. pipe, all the G.I pipes should be "B" class & ISI marked (as per the IS 1239/2004)& of reputed brand make & Ensuring the Strength, durability, stability & long life to the kids structure with safety as paramount. Seats - Seat Made of FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic), duly UV resistant colors, all chemicals in the FRP material should be best quality, the Fibre Mat of 450GSM to be used for strength & stability with supporting frame. FRP Seat size(approx.) 10"(L) x 8" (W) with back rest. Main Frame: Main Frame of single wave climber pipe made of round 32mm NB pipe (Must be min in GI "B" class pipe) and rungs made of 20mm N.B. Pipe - 'U' Shaped bended( will thickness approx. min 1.5mm - 2.2.mm only), All the pipes should be ISI marked (as per the IS 1239/2004 & of reputed brand & Ensuring the Strength, durability, stability & long life to the kids structure with safety as paramount. Providing & Installing the Deluxe Slide (SS) of make ARIHANT/KOMPAN/LAND SCAPE STRUCTURES/OK PLAY/LEO/KAALIA. The center support of the slide is made up of 50 NB GI pipe. The slide is made from Stainless Steel (SS) The triangular steps of 16 SWG are provided and the ladder frame is made in 20 NB and 25 NB powder coated GI pipe. The landing support is made up of 25 NB GI pipes. The ladder is designed in such a way there won't entrap child's foot while playing. The pure polyster powder coating done on the pipes extends the life of equipment. All complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including earth work, CC work upto plinth level, CC block 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) of required size.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. a) All kinds of soil

Deduct on account of the disposal of dismantled old TMT bars/G.I. pipe sections/Mild steel sections (including MS hollow tubular sections) received in the form of scrap all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of cutting/dismantling, any loading/unloading, transportation & weighing of the scrap steel etc.
