Schedule B Regular maintenance of all the Gym equipments installed in DDA parks as per 'Schedule-A' at free of cost for initial two years and thereafter for three years as per rates quoted for 'Schedule-B' consisting following terms and conditions :- a) Inspect and adjust of drive, timing and running belts. b) Check and set right/replacement for worn bearings, misaligned moving points, adjust/tighten loose parts, covers, seats , foundation and flooring. c) Tighten of nuts/bolts/screws i/c welding of various part/joints of equipments wherever required. d) Calibration of Instruments. e) Priming coat & painting coat, if required. f) Lubrication/ oiling. g) Replacement/repair of parts of equipment in case of Theft/ vandalism. h) Replacement of damaged parts & rectification of any others defects observed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge except : i. Due to Force majeure or ii. Abnormally bad weather, serious loss or damage by fire or iii. Damage due to act of god or iv. Any other cause which in the absolute discretion of the engineer-in-charge is beyond the contractors control . Note: - 1. Agecny must have to install an informatory sigange board at each gym site displaying name & number of the agency to receive the complaint(s) regarding Gym maintenance, period of maintenence, safety instructions etc. & other details as per direction of EIC. 2. In case of any complaint is received, agency have to rectify it within 72 hours beyond which a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day per equipment shall be recovered from the agency.
