15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : (a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : Old work (one or more coats @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand). (a) Ordinary cement without any pigment

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : (a) Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) : (a) 25mm thick

Kota stone slabs 20 mm thick in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing and fixing concrete railing with overall dimensions 1500 mm (Height) x 1000 mm (Length) x 65 mm (thickness) manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete using vibro compaction process, suitably reinforced, including priming coat of exterior primer complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Cement Concrete for jamming the railings will be paid separately)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Excavating holes upto 0.10 cum, including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as deported in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating and deposited layer by ramming watering etc., disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 mm and lift upto 1.5 m. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-incharge. (a) All kinds of soil

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective signage boards made up of 4 mm thick ACP sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-incharge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment). a) Small informatory signage boards.

Providing, Placing and fixing of precast concrete chair type bench, manufactured from standard manufacture like KK or equivalent using M-25 grade of concrete using vibro compaction process and suitable reinforcement to prevent damages during handling, transportation, execution and long use. The bench consist of two nos. L-Shaped base support in grey cement color of thickness 80 mm back height 890mm, front height 450mm and base width 690mm and 1 nos. reinforced concrete planks in red color of size 1500mmx400mmx50mm and 1 no. of reinforced concrete plank of size 1500mm x425mm x50mm reinforcement as per approved drawing. All parts are to be jointed together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size and sealed after assembling the bench complete. The length of the bench is 1500mm, seat height 450mm, total height 890mm, Bench top and back planks shall be given special coating to make them waterproof and glossy etc. complete in all aspects and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing double stand plastic branded dustbin manufactured from standard manufacturer like Nilkamal or equivalent with the following criteria • Main frame:- made of branded square pipe with high standard wire gauge & Tensile strength. • Capacity-60 Ltrs. each (Pair of 2 nos. dustbins) • Components:- Screws & Hinges to be used and at the contact points to enchance its security. • Accessories:- All nut & bolts, hinges as per IS stanbdards approved & used for assembly will be ISI approved of Galvanized iron/ MS with High tensile strength. • Colour:- Blue+ Olive Green. • Paint:- All assembly should be painted with anti-corrosive paint to give smooth surface to the assembly. The work should be executed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing broken hydrant with 25 mm dia GI pipe & 25 mm dia gun metal valve and joining the GI hydrant with the existing pipeline with all required fittings such as tee, elbow, male/ female brass threaded adapter, male/ female brass threaded tee etc. and jamming the bottom with cement concrete (cast in situ) 1:2:4 mix upto a minimum depth of 10 cm including all necessary excavation complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
