Digital mapping of the area of DDA land at Dheerpur (marked as ‘X’ & ‘Y’ in LOP of DDA) by conducting total station survey using latest T.S.S. (GPS) machine providing longitude & latitude of some specific reference points. These specific reference points are also to be transferred on the ground. The TSS plans/Drawings are to be submitted in this office (Five in nos. of each plan/drawing) with soft copies in pen drive & C.D as per the requirement/survey manual and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Total Station Survey plan showing all permanent features i.e., water body, religious structures, existing roads, electric line with poles, trees, cluster of bushes, parks, parking areas, nallahs, drains, boundary walls & police booth etc. and Encroachment at site with area and land under Litigation with area and Khasra Nos. of the ground surveyed. The details regarding Sajra Plan shall be collected by the agency from the office of DD/LM/North. Nothing extra shall be paid to the agency on account of coordination work with the LM Dept. of DDA, Superimposing of DDA zonal/Layout plan on the T.S.S plans, Contour layout plan of the area surveyed showing ground level and nearest GTS permanent bench mark upon the TSS layout plan, Superimposing of digitised Sajra on the T.S.S Plan, Preparing and submitting Layout plan of the land with Dimensions and area free form encroachment, Lapsed land and Litigation etc. i.e. feasible at site which is under the absolute possession of DDA based upon T.S.S. conducted at site i.e., in the same pattern of DDA’s approved Zonal/Layout plan as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Demarcation of the referred land (marked as ‘X’ & ‘Y’ in LOP of DDA) as per approved DDA zonal/layout plans is to be carried out in this item including cutting of grass, bushes etc. and cleaning areas etc. wherever required for smooth working of conducting T.S.S at site. Nothing extra shall be paid to the agency for any work included in the Item above (Excavation, Demarcation stone, cement concrete and paint on demarcation stone required for demarcation shall be paid for separately.)

Providing and fixing 15x15x90 cm boundary stone of hard stone with top 30 cm chisel dressed on all four sides including top (cost of excavation, refilling and concrete etc. to be paid for separately).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
