Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per 1S: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge, for the following grades of concrete.: (Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement.) (a) All works upto plinth level (i) Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 330 kg /cum

Extra for providing & mixing non-metallic hardening compound admixture (Fosroc nito floor) in cement concrete work in doeses @ 3 kg/sqm all completed as per manufactures specification and as per the direction fo Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for providing and laying cement concrete as per requirement of concrete playing courts and concrete cricket pitches i/c all the labour, material and hire/running charges for spreading and compacting the concrete mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture including steel form work with MS channel section, curing, making provision for contraction/ expansion, construction & longitutional joints (10 mm wide & 50 mm deep) for groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joints filler complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (a) Hot finished welded type tubes

13.62 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Providing and erecting garware nylon net of 2.50 mm thick braided thread square mesh opening size not more than (50 mm X 50 mm) required colour with antislip knots, made of stablized having 4 mm border rope along with nets 100 % machine made over locked with boarder and tie cords steam set for perfect dimension etc. Colour, shape , pattern, make etc. shall be approved by the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 75 mm thick compacted bed of dry brick aggregate of 40 mm thick nominal size including spreading, well ramming, consolidating and grouting with jamuna sand, including finishing smooth etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12 mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.

Supply and laying of black clay soil with spreading and levelling the same as required by engaging expert tranned labour (like ground man) in layers not enceeding 1.5 m in depth including breaking the clods, watering and rolling with 1/2 tonne steel roller lead 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & Stacking of Selection No.1 doob grass turf at site fresh & free from weeds having proper roots in green including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc.and as per direction of the officer in charge.

Deployig of 2 nos (Skilled Men) for day to day maintenance of Cricket pitches& Cricket pitches premises such as rolling with half tonne roller, watering, removing/ cutting of grass, sweeping and other misc work etc. including all T & Ps as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
