In terms of specific values, the bidder should have completed similar works with a cost of: - Rs. 120 lakhs for three similar services - Rs. 180 lakhs for two similar services - Rs. 240 lakhs for one similar service Alternatively, the experience criteria specify that the bidder should have completed: - Three similar services costing not less than Rs. 120 Lakhs in the last 7 years, - or Two similar services costing not less than Rs. 180 Lakhs in the last 7 years, - or One similar service costing not less than Rs. 240 Lakhs in the last 7 years. The bidder should also have a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 150 lakhs in the last three consecutive financial years from event management or sports-related events. The net worth certificate or solvency certificate should be of minimum 10% of the estimated cost or solvency of the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost put to tender is Rs 3,00,00,000.00, which implies that the bidder should have completed similar works with a cost of: - 40% of Rs 3,00,00,000.00, which is Rs 1,20,00,000 for three similar services - 50% of Rs 3,00,00,000.00, which is Rs 1,50,00,000 for two similar services - 80% of Rs 3,00,00,000.00, which is Rs 2,40,00,000 for one similar service The bidder should have prior work experience supported by a work order issued by the client's organisation, along with a Work Completion Certificate. The Work Completion Certificate should clearly mention the nature of work executed, the corresponding contract value related to the Full Marathon/Half Marathon scope, and the completion cost of similar work.
