Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of copper wound 750 KVA, 11/0.433 KV, Transformer indoor ONAN type with OFF load tap changing arrangement on HV side in step of +/- 2.5% from +2.5% to -7.5% continuously rated for 3-Phase, 50 Hz at full load and temperature rise not exceeding 45°C by thermometer in oil and 50°C by the resistance in winding after continuous run at full load rating, the transformer should have oil immersed winding having vector group Dyne 11, HT side connected in Delta and LT side connected in Star with neutral brought out connected to provided separate earthing. The transformer shall have power terminal arrangement, bushing / cable end box on HT side and on LT side suitable for cable end box and Bus trunking 2 Nos. channels with stoppers shall be provided and fixed on the provided plinth for mounting the transformer. The transformer should have following standard fittings. Transformer shall be of latest manufacturing standards values as per IS: 1180 Part-I with up to date amendment. Including interconnection control cables between HT panel and transformer and RTCC) (With OTI, WTI, Buccholz relay, MOG PRV etc. protection. Including first filling of filtered dehydrated oil and confirming to IS: 2026 (Part 1 to Part 5) complete in all respects as required at site.

Supplying installation, testing & commissioning of indoor type floor mounted metal clad Extendible H.V. distribution switchgear panel board fabricated from CRCA Sheet (frame door & cover of 2 mm thick & gland plate 3 mm thick i/c cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in Siemens grey shade outside and glossy white inside) suitable for use on 11 KV, 3-phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply, Earthed system having a symmetrical breaking capacity of 350 MVA at 11 KV comprising of 800A, 11 KV vacuum circuit breakers and also with batteries. Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following distribution panels fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA steel sheet i/c cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in siemens grey shade outside and glossy white inside in cubicle formation with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channels, T irons, flats wherever necessary for large distribution panels. The boards shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per standards with 2 coats of red oxide primer and final approved shade of enameled paint, 2 Nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for 3 phase distribution panels. The panels shall be suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system. Lifting hooks shall be fabricated in easily transportable sections & length, height, depth etc. to match with site conditions. An approval shall be taken for each panel before final manufacturing. Galvanized hardwares with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of boards. Suitable earth bus to be provided throughout length of LT Panels and all panels.
