Supplying of 4Nos. M 24 x 750 mm. long plus 100 mm Bent ( 150 mm top Threaded portion should be galvanized) foundation bolt (EN8 grade) with 2 nos. nuts and 2 no washers per bolt alongwith 2Nos. Template/anchor plate of size 320 mm x 320 mm., 3 mm thick having 4Nos. 28mm.dia holes, to match with P.C.D of Poles & base plate etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 1200 mm deep (800 mm below ground level and 400 mm above ground level) i/c excavation of earth, refilling, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12mm. dia-1200mm long (approx) 8Nos, and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia -1600mm long (approx) -6 nos, (with suitable spacing) including centering & shuttering as required with providing, fixing and positioning of one set of foundation bolts comprising of 4 nos., 16 mm dia, 750 mm long J-Type MS bolts (Threaded portion shall be galvanized) along with 3 nos. GI nuts and 2 nos. GI washerers etc. per bolt and 1 no. ancor plate (3mm thick) of suitable size and providing 75 mm.(O.D) DWC pipe for cable entry & exit etc. complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 80 Watt LED flood light fitting IP-66 with lens made of pressure die cast aluminum housing with toughened glass complete with LEDs, driver, all accessories and providing & fixing wire mesh protection frame for safety purpose, connection, testing etc. complete as reqd.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 60 Watt LED flood light fitting IP-66 with lens made of pressure die cast aluminum housing with toughened glass complete with LEDs, driver, all accessories and providing & fixing wire mesh protection frame for safety purpose, connection, testing etc. complete as reqd.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. a) Upto 35 sq mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. (a) 2 X 16 sq. mm (22mm)

b) 4 X 25 Sq mm (28 mm)

Supplying and fixing following rating four pole 415 volt isolator in the existing MCB DB/ Feeder pillar complete with connection, testing & commissioning etc. as required. A) 100 A, 4 Pole

Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning of floor mounted Light control LT feeder pillar cubical type double door of size of 800 mm x 800mm x 400 mm deep duly compartmentalized and with general arrangement made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet having hinged gasket cover and screwed knobs with double locking arrangement and rain protection covers 100 mm and supported with of MS angle iron legs and bottom frame of size 40mm x 40mm x 6mm x 1mtr. long grouted with 1:3:6 CC foundation and should be 0.7 mtr. above ground level. Legs should be covered with brick walls, connections, inter connections with suitable size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor using thimbles wherever required, painting, numbering i/c supply and fixing of following accessories complete as required. Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supply & fixing of pole connector box made out of Glass Reinforced Polyester Sheet Moulding Compound Conforming to IS:13410-1992 Grade S1 of outside dimensions 280 mm(H) x 170 mm(W)x 115 mm (D) (all the corners of the box should be round & not pointed ones) suitable to mount on 65 mm/80 mm dia GI pole with the following provisions/accessories mounting in box complete as reqd. (i)2 nos. clamps made out of 19mm x 3 mm GI strip of suitable length for mounting box on the pole. (ii) Water tight front cover with 2 nos. stainless steel hinges & 1 no. screw for tightening.
