Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Routine maintenance of flush doors shutters, fiber board doors and other wooden works by deploying (one carpenter (class-2) with helper) with T&P as per requirement of site and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

Routine maintenance of gates, boundary fencing, windows and other steel works as per by deploying (one blacksmith(class-2) with helper) with T&P requirement of site and instructions of Engineer-in-charge.

1 If item no.1, item no.2, item no.3, item no. 6 & item no. 7 are not carried out daily or on mentioned days, a penalty of Rs.6424/-, Rs.2180/-, Rs.4788/-, Rs.4502/- & Rs.4502/- respectively per day will be imposed on agency. 2 Agency shall submit labour report fortnightly. 3 The quoted rate by the all bidders will be considered up to two decimal points. 4 The rate quoted by bidder shall not be less than the sum of minimum wages (1) as notified By Government of India, Ministry of Labour and Employment vide order no. 1/27(5)/2024-LS-II at the time of submission of tender, One percent water charges (2) on (1) and applicable GST on both (1) & (2). In case, quoted rates of bidder found less than the sum as mentioned above, the financial bid of the bidder will be rejected out rightly 5 Due to unhygienic condition at site if any challan is levied upon by the civil agency or any govt. department the same will be borne by the agency. The agency will be responsible for all action i/c legal action and nothing shall be paid to the agency in such case. 6 The agency should deploy three safai –karamchari, one sewerman, one fitter (Gr.I) with helper, one carpenter (class-2) with helper and one blacksmith(class-2) with helper for item 1, item 2, item 3, item 6 and item 7 for corresponding number of days as mentioned.
