a) Designing, Hosting, operation and management of Website in consultation with DDA - development of website and create online registration form for participants. The bidder shall get an agreement or indemnity form signed from each & every participant of race and maintains the record as well. The Bidder shall add in website i. Technical content ii. Event rules & regulation iii. Prize money details iv. Prize money rules & regulation and protest & appeal v. Runners Information - BIB Expo, Route & Venue Maps, Parking Maps, etc. vi. Other Important Information as per the direction of Management committee. b) Event Marketing, Brand Ambassador & Appointment of Pacers : Managing event branding and promotion through traditional and digital platforms, including social media. Agency shall be responsible for digital marketing, social media influencer, print and electronic media, advertisement boards, FM channels (In 5 channels for 45 days and at least 10 times in a day per channel), hoardings, electronic board display . • The bidder shall be responsible for the live broadcast of the event on YouTube and other social media platforms. Additionally, the bidder will ensure the operation of LED screens installed at both the starting and ending points of the route at the venue. • The Bidder shall be responsible to arrange prominent sport personality as Brand Ambassador (In consultation with DDA) including lodging, boarding and Transportation. • The Bidder shall be responsible for at least 5 promos run with running and sporting community across Delhi-NCR. • The Bidder shall identify, invite and tie up with running community and pacers. • Banners / Standees to be put up in different places of the City: not less than 200 of each shall be placed all over delhi NCR. • • The Bidder shall be responsible for arranging a press conference with seating for 50 attendees at a 5-star hotel, such as Shangri-La or its equivalent, along with all other related requirements and arrangements. o Launch of event with registration o Launch of medal and t-shirt before event all complete as per the direction of Management committee. Note: All charges shall be borne by the agency nothing shall be paid extra. c) The Agency shall send a formal communication to all relevant government agencies, private organizations, sports organizations, and clubs, inviting and encouraging their participation in the upcoming marathon event. This communication will outline the details of the event, the benefits of participation, and the necessary steps for registration, with the aim of fostering widespread involvement and engagement across sectors. d) The Agency shall place a formal advertisement in bus shelters for a specified duration. The advertisement shall include detailed information about the event, outline the benefits of participation, and provide the necessary steps for registration, with the goal of encouraging broad participation and engagement across all sectors. e) Pre race branding – hoardings standee 15000 sq. ft. Race day branding – • route signages – 15000 sq. ft. • holding area - 15000 Sq. ft.(c ) . Race day route branding – 10000 sq. ft. • (Note: Route branding to start 10 day before the event.) All complete as per the direction of Enigneer-in-charge.

Providing and distribution of a) T SHIRT • Fabric = Dry fit 140 GSM • Sleeve = Half sleeve • Collar = Round neck • Size = As per Requirement Printing of DDA’s Marathon 2025 Logo and DDA Logo with venue, sponsor logo etc all complete as per the direction of Management committee.

Timed BIB for 10 km and 21.1 km: The Agency shall provide imbedded RFID BIBs, sized 9" x 8", in accordance with the specifications and directions of the Management committee. Each BIB shall prominently display the following elements: the DDA logo, the Marathon logo, the participant's Bib number, the participant’s name, and the participant's blood group. All BIBs shall be prepared and finalized strictly in compliance with the directions provided by the Management committee, ensuring that all necessary details are accurately included and formatted according to the event's requirements. The RFID chips shall meet the following specifications: • Brand: o Option (a): Mylaps o Option (b): Chronotrack o Other: Any other make of international repute, as approved by the Agency The RFID chips shall be sourced from internationally recognized brands, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability during the event. The selection and procurement of the chips shall be in accordance with the specifications outlined above and subject to approval by the Agency.
