Supplying of PVC Sheathed, PVC Insulated Copper conductor flat Submersible cable of following size including connection, testing etc. as reqd (a) 1x3x2.5 sq. mm

Supplying & replacement of following size of double flanged Gl pipe 'B' class (151 marked) duly threaded & welded with necessary pipe fittings, bends, elbow etc. complete as reqd(a) 50 mm dia.

b) 65 mm dia.

b) 80 mm dia.

Supplying of following size of XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed, aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade, including connection testing etc. as reqd. a) 4 x 16 sq mm.

b) 4 x 25 sq mm.

c) 4 x 50 Sq.mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL pipe as required. a) Upto 35 sq. mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID 51 mm nominal)

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of floor mounted LT. feeder pillar cubical type single door of size of 1000 mm x 1000mm x 400 mm deep with general arrangement made out of 2mm thick M.S. CRCA sheet having hinged gasket covers and screwed knobs with double locking arrangement and rain protection covers (100 mm). welding of MS angle iron legs and bottom frame of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm x Imtr. long grouted with 1:36 CC foundation and should be 0.7 mtr. above ground level. Legs should be covered with brick walls, duly 1:4 cement plaster, connections, inter connections with suitable size of FRES PVC insulated copper conductor using thimbles, ferrules wherever required, painting, numbering, earth studs including supply and fixing of following accessories complete as required. a) 100 Amps. 4 pole MCCB, 36 K Amp-INo. b) 3 phase DOL submersible pump starter compact panel with 3 position selector switch, volt meter, ammeter & C- Curve TP MCB with suitable relay range upto 19 Amp.- 1 Sets. c) 32 Amps. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of feeder pillar panel of size 1100x1250(H)x400 deep duly compartmentalized (outdoor type) double door cubicle panel board made out of 2mm thick CRCA MS sheet having hinged gasketed cover and screw type knob with double locking arrangement and rain protection cover mounted on MS angle iron base frame made out of 35x35x5 angle iron with 1 mtr. Long leg grouted with 1:3:6 foundation and should be as per drawing approved by Engineer-In-Charge. Legs should be covered with brick wall, connection, interconnection with powder coating. Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with 12.00 cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe ete, with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm X 5mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying & replacemnt of following dia cast iron double flanged swing type non return valve as per 15 5312 (part 1&2) PN 1.0, body & dise: CI, body ring: Bronze, hinge pin: AISI 410 testing etc. complete as required. a) 65mm

Supply, fabrication of SS304 base frame for sewage submersible pump set for 5 HP capacity made out of 25x25x5 mm. SS304 angle iron of size 600x600x400 mm, covered with wiemesh made out of 25x5 angle iron and 8 SWG wire and arrangement for fixing complete as required.

Supply, fabrication of 55304 base frame for sewage submersible pump set for 1 HP/3 HP capacity made out of 25x25x5 mm 55304 angle iron of size 400x400 mm, covered with wire mesh made out of 255 angle iron and 8 SWG wire and arrangement for fixing complete as required.
