Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls height upto 10 metre aboveground level, in two layers, under layer 12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand ), furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/ 2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size), in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern, including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings ,complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge (payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying 60 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Laying at or near ground level old kerb stones of all types in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints, except at sharp curve, shall not be more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing Bamboo jaffery/ fencing consisting of superior quality 25 mm dia (Average) half cut bamboo placed vertically and fixed together with three numbers horizontal running members of hollock wood in scantling of section 50X25 mm, fixed with nails and G.| wire on existing support complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Hiring of Hydraulic Excavator(3D) including operator, lubricant, fuel and other relevant tools & plants ,breaker etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer in-charge. (Shift of 8 hours)

Cutting bajri paths and making good the same including supply of extra quantities of brick aggregate, moorum and red bajri required.

Providing, placing and fixing of precast concrete chair type bench, manufactured from standard manufacture like KK or equivalent using M-30 glade of concrete using vibro compaction process and suitable reinforcement to prevent damages during handling transportation execution and long use. The bench consists of 2 nos. L-shape base support in grey cement colour of thickness 100mm, black height 1000mm, front height 0450mm base width 620mm and fire Nos. reinforced concrete planks in red colour of size 1500mm x 100mm x 50mm and 1 no. of reinforced concrete planks of size 1500mm x 200mm x 50mm reinforcement as per approved drawing. All plants are to be jointed together with galvanized nuts and bolts of suitable size and sealed after assembling the bench complete. The length of the bench 1500mm, seat height 450mm, total height 1000mm front face of all planks shall be given special coating to make them water proof and glory etc. complete in all respects and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Chair type bench with back rest.)

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Providing double stand plastic branded dustbin manufactured from standard manufacturer like Nilkamal or equivalent with the following criteria ● Size:- 800x800mm(T) X 600x600mm(B) X 900mm (Ht.) (Approx.) ● Main frame:- made of branded square pipe with high standard wire gauge & Tensile strength. ● Capacity-60 Ltrs. each (Pair of 2 nos. dustbins) ● Components:- Srews & Hinges to be used and at the contact points to enchance its security. ● Accessories:- All nut & bolts, hinges as per IS stanbdards approved & used for assembly will be ISI approved of Galvanized iron/ MS with High tensile strength. ● Colour:- Blue+ Olive Green. ● Paint:- All assembly should be painted with anti-corrosive paint to give smooth surface to the assembly.The work should be executed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates efc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing & Fixing of precast concret circular table with four benches manufactured by using M-30 grade. The bench consists of 2 Nos. base support in grey cement concrete, table of size 1000mm lenth X 350mm width x50mm thickness in terrazo or red colour finish (curved). All parts are jointd together with nuts & bolts of suitable size. overall Dismensions: Height of table : 800mm:height of benches 450mm.
