Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Making bajri path including preparation of subgrade, supplying and laying brick aggregate of 50 mm nominal size 7.5 cm deep with blinding material consisting of 12 mm moorum and 12 mm red bajri consolidated with road roller.

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) with finished flush. a)Red sand stone

Stone work (machine cut edges) for wall lining etc. (veneer work) upto Plinth level, backing filled with a grout of average 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade : (To be secured to the backing and the sides by means of cramps and pins which shall be paid for separately) : a) Red sand stone - Exposed face fine dressed with rough backing. a) 40 mm thick.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge(length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: a)Two or more coats on new work.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing & Installing the Mini Play House of make ARIHANT /KOMPAN/ LANDSCAPE STRUCTURES /OK PLAY/LEO/ KAALIA. of size 6.0x1.80mtr with Slide. Main Frame made of Round 80 NB Pipe Having min "B" class G.J. pipe. All the pipes should be ISI Marked (as per the IS 1239/2004) & of reputed brand. Ensuring the strength. Durability, stability & long life to the kids structure with safety as paramount Deck having 1035mm x750mm with collar of 65mm size made of perforated sheet. Hydraulic Precision punched holes made of min 10mm NB with sheet thickness of approx. 2.5mm. Main Frame:- Main Cross Bar of toddler swing made of round 65mm NB pipe and Supporting T Bar made of 50mm N.B. Pipe (main cross bar &T supporting Bar should be in GI "B".class pipe All the Pipes should be ISI Marked( as per the IS 1239/2004) & of reputed brand make with good wall thickness. Ensuring the Strength, durability, stability & long life to the kids structure with safety as paramount. Seats- Bucket Type Seat Made of Synthetic Rubberized material or Virgin Plastic material & also duly with UV resistant colors, Chain Made of approx 6mm thick G.I chain with rubberized coating of with 3 mm minimum thickness, Chorme plated supporting hook for belts Hooks for convenience & height adjustment/ Seat Movement, self-lubricated council type bush baring clamps provided with rubber coated chain Toddler Swing to hang the complete bucket assembly. Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

SCHEDULE-'B' Annual maintenance of equipments to be carried out by the agency free of cost for First year, after the date of completion of the work as per schedule-A, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. a.) First Year (Free of Cost).

b.) At the end of 2ndyear from the date of Completion of the Work

c.) At the end of 3rd year from the date of Completion of the Work

Add for Diff in multiplying factor of GST @0.0633 on DSR items

Add Cost Index @7% on DSR items ₹ 4,10,471

Terms and Conditions: - 1) Rates are inclusive of GST. 2) The Children Playing equipments shall be installed in the designated parks/Green Areas as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge. 3) All the Playing equipments are to be maintained after the date of completion of Part-A of Schedule for 03 years by the executing agency, the agency shall quote the rate accordingly. Weekly visit or as required by the Engineer-in-Charge has to be made by the agency/Technical Staff of the agency for its proper maintenance. 4) The Security Deposit will be withheld as per the Clause (i) of the Supplementary/agreement. 5) All the raw materials are to be procured as per specifications mentioned in the NIT. The agency shall submit the manufacturer’s certificate before execution of the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 6) An amount equal to 5% of the cost of children play equipment shall be withheld from R/A bills, which shall be released @ 2% after satisfactory completion of the maintenance period of 2nd year & rest 3% after satisfactory completion of the maintenance period of 3rd year. 7) It will be the responsibility of the agency to keep all the Children Play Equipment in fully working condition for 24x7 during maintenance period for 3 years. In case of Non-compliance of the maintenance of equipments, a penalty of Rs. 1000/- per day per site will be recovered from the running bill on account of maintenance of equipments. 8) Payment of Item No. 19 of Part-B of Schedule (Maintenance of Equipments) will be made after satisfactory completion of the maintenance period of 2nd year and 3rd year. 9) Do’s and Don’ts shall be displayed at every site. 10) Maintenance of equipment's includes replacement of nut & bolts, damaged parts of equipments etc. to keep all the equipments in working condition complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
