supplying and installlation of hot dip galvanised Bracket made out of 48 mm dia G.I. Pipe B-class and having 2 no. arms of each length approximate 500 mm having 300 mm long canopy i/c mounting arragement at the top of the pole i/c making suitable arrangement for installation of flood light luminaries and wire entries, etc. complete as required.

Supplying and Installation with testing and commissioning of LED flood light fitting/ luminare achiveing minimum 8800 lumen and fitting not more than 80 watt on the existing pole complete with LED's driver and all other acceseries i/c making connection etc. as reqd. as per term and condition .

Supplying , fabrication and installation of wiremesh protection guard made out of 10 SWG MS wiremesh suitable for existing 80 watt LED flood light fitting as per approved by Engineer-in-charge etc. as reqd.

Supplying and installation of anti climbing device on existing G.I Octagonal Poles upto 6 mtr height made out of M.S clamp of strip of size 30mm x 5mm and 10mm M.S rods 30cm each fixed at 30 degree in circular shape i/c nut , bolts , painting etc. as required.

Supplying, and Installation, testing and commissioning of Floor mounted feeder pillar double door cubical panel board of size 1000mm x 900mm x 300mm deep with general arrangemnent made out of 2 mm thick CRCA MS sheet having hinged gasketed cover and screw type knob with double locking arrangment and rain protection cover mounted on MS angle iron base frame made out of 35mm x 35mm 5mm angle iron with 1 mtr. long legs grouted with 1:3:6 foundation and should be 0.6 mtr. above ground level as per drawing approved by Enginer-in-charge. Legs should be covered with brick wall, connection, inter-connection with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor wire using thimbles wherever required, painting after applying a coat of primer numbering i/c supplying and fixing of following accessories etc. as reqd. supplying, fabrication and Installation of wire mesh protection cover guard made out of 8 SWG MS wire of size 1.5 mtr x 1 mtr x 1.5 mtr (nominal) height with M.S.angle iron base frame 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm and 0.5 mtr. long leg support and MS strip with support size 40mm x 6mm as per drawing approved by Engineer-in-charge i/c providing of suitable size of door with S/F of godown lock, locking arrangement, painting and grouting of angle iron frame in CC (1:2:4) etc. as approved by Engineer-in-charge etc. as required.

Supplying and drawing of 3c x 1.5 sqmm FR PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper condutor 3 core cable in the existing pole i/c testing etc as required.

Supplying and testing of following sizes XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed armoured aluminum conductor L.T. cable 1.1 KV grade confirming to IS 7098 etc. as reqd.

Providing , laying and fixing of 80 mm Dia GI pipe ( Medium Class) in ground complete with GI fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5mtr. Long and 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc including salt, charcoal or coke as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm GI Strip on Surface or in recess for earth connection etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm GI strip in 40mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode I/C connection with GI nut bolt, spring, washer, excavation, refilling etc. as required.
