Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a)Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing Air Walker with below specifications: Dimensions (LxWxH): 1100x550x1480mm, fabricated with main post of NB 100mm (G.I) ‘C’ Class Pipe of approved make. ‘U’ shaped main frame of NB 65mm (G.I) ‘C’ Class Pipe. All other pipes of NB 32mm (G.I) ‘C’ Class. (‘NB’ stands for Nominal Bore i.e., internal Diameter of pipe in millimetres), all pipes are powder coated with 80-120 micron thick Akzo Nobel or equivalent paints. All joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint is applied at all the welding points prior to finishing. Base plate cover made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational moulding with minimum 4.00mm thickness, UV resistant and coloured. Foothold made of nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent impact and injury. Providing and fixing Stair Stepper: with below specifications: Providing, designing and fixing of stair stepper in a combination of pair and a single step of size 1000x800x1400 mm fabricated with main post of 114 mm dia and 2.5 mm thick and rest of the pipe 40 mm dia and 2.5 mm thick all pipes made up of hot rolled tubular steel and hot dipped galvanized and powder coated using Akzo Nobel or equivalent of 80-120 micron thick. All joints of pipe are robotic welded with joints scalloped as necessary and dressed off removing sharp edges and burrs. Zinc primer paint to be applied at all welding points prior to finishing. Pedals shall be made up of Nylon alloy with rounded edges to prevent any impact on injury and base plate cover to be made up from virgin LLDPE manufactured by rotational moulding with minimum thickness of plastic as 8 mm colorful and UV resistant and environmental friendly. Bearing used shall be maintenance free, duly oil sealed and self lubricated made by reputed company to be approved by Engineer-in-charge. Equipment to be fitted with inbuilt limiters to prevent unwanted movements. All open ends of pipe to be closed by GI / LLDPE caps for user safety. The equipment to be fixed on ground with concrete of minimum strength M-25 and J shape welded bolt and once the concrete is set, fix the equipment on to it and cover nuts and bolts with the base plate. All complete as per direction and approval of Engineer-in-charge regarding material, shape of equipment colour on metal seat and base cover plate and fixing of equipment etc. (the cement concrete and excavation work shall be paid separately). including maintenance cost for 2 years.

Refurbishment of Sit Up Station including repair of rusted/broken/damaged parts/pipes, welding of pipes,applying zinc primer paint on welding prior to finishing, powder coated painting of thickness 80-120 micron on all pipes using AzkoNobel or equivalnet paints and fixing of Base plate cover made of virgin LLDPE plastic by rotational molding with 4.00mm thickness, UV resistant and colored etc all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Refurbishment of Exercising Bar including repair of rusted/broken/damaged parts/pipes/perforated MS sheet, welding of pipes/perforated MS sheet,applying zinc primer paint on welding prior to finishing, powder coated painting of thickness 80-120 micron on all pipes and perforated MS Sheet using AzkoNobel or equivalnet paints etc all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling and disposal of SBR tiles by mannually /mechanical means including all leads and stacking of serviceable material.

Lifting/Disposal of unserviceable scrap such as old gym equipments from DDA parks.

SCHEDULE-B Regular maintenance for three years( After free maintenance for 2 years) of all the Gym equipments (13 Nos. ) Installed in DDA parks as per schedule A consisting following :- a) Inspect and adjust of drive, timing and running belts. b) Check and set right/replacement for worn bearings, misaligned moving points, adjust/tighten loose parts, covers, seats, foundation and flooring. c) Tighten of nuts/bolts/screws i/c welding of various part/joints of equipments wherever required. d) Calibration of Instruments. e) Priming coat & painting coat, if required. f) Lubrication/ oiling. g) Replacement/repair of parts of equipment in case of Theft/ vandalism. h) Replacement of damaged parts & rectification of any others defects observed as per direction of Engineer-in-charge except : i. Due to Force majeure or ii. Abnormally bad weather, serious loss or damage by fire or iii. Damage due to act of god or iv. Any other cause which in the absolute discretion of the engineer-in-charge is beyond the contractors control . Maintenance cost (i) For 3rd year for all 13 Nos. of Gym Equipments at all 4 locations 2% of cost of gym equipments

(ii) For 4th yearfor all 13 Nos. of Gym Equipments at all 4 locations 3% of cost of gym equipments

(iii) For 5th yearfor all 13 Nos. of Gym Equipments at all 4 locations 4% of cost of gym equipments
