For Preliminary Consultancy Providing preliminary consultancy services for Comprehensive Architectural planning and design for RCC framed structure building of HQ, CIRD (Plinth Area = 20000 Sqm approx - B+G+5 storeyed with parking) to be executed covering the scope of work, preliminary schematic drawings, detailed architectural drawings, architectural planning for all building services, External & internal electrical installation, water supply, sanitary installation, drainage, furnishing architectural drawings and preparation of Approximate Estimates, collection of market rate quotations, calculation of the plinth & floor areas, requirement of terms of facility required by user, preparation of schematic diagram as per requirement for internal and external service including Air conditioning system and ventilation system, Plumbing including water supply, sewage disposal and drainage, R.W.H., fire fighting system, fire alarm, special items of work, furniture, Arboriculture, LAN Telephone Network & complete security systems including CCTV surveillance system, HVAC, Lift, Access control system covering complete scope of work in comprehensive to directions as per National Building Code - 2016 duly updated till date as per direction of Engineer –In-Charge. The consultant shall be required to submit the following :- (a) Requirements in terms of facilities required (b) Plinth / floor areas. (c) Existing and required power, water and other services (d) Preliminary line plans (e) Architectural plan, sections & elevations. (f) Layout plan of the site showing existing and proposed facilities and services (g) Approximate Estimates (h) Rate analysis and Supporting quotation (j) Schematic diagram of all internal & external services (k) Presentation (PPT) including 3D rendered image of facility. (l) Construction methodology for fast construction of building. (m) Submission of priliminary project report.

Soil Investigation Soil Investigation for proposed building / accommodation including preparation and submission of detailed geo- technical report (five sets) including recommendations regarding type of foundation, bearing capacity of soil, safe load carrying capacity of piles (if required), Bore log data & other engineering properties required for the HQ, CIRD. (a) Mobilization of plant , men, equipments and materials for Geological & Geotechnical Investigation and Demobilization on completing of work including shifting of total equipments (men and machineries) from one bore hole to other bore holes

(b) Dirlling 100 dia or NX size dia boreholes in any soil strata upto 6 Mtr depth or refusal whichever is met earlier and collecting / conducting SPT / UDS / DS as per IS 1892 and 2131 at depth of 2Mtr, 4.5Mtr, 6Mtr, 7.5Mtr, 9Mtr & 10.5Mtr.
