INTERIOR AND FURNISHING

A) PARTITION / PANELLING:

a) PARTITION / PANELLING: Providing & fixing aluminium work for partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections & other sections of approved make (Anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC15)conforming to IS: 733 & IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia & size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom & sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / Stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings, the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): Hindalco / JIndal / or equivalent

i) Frame made from 50x50mm section

ii) Frame made from 50x25mm section

b) Providing and fixing Glasswool for sound insulation fixed inside the Framework held in place by chickenwire mesh from one side before fixing of MDF

c) Providing & fixing 12mm MDF board on existing frames in shapes, sizes including grooves, as shown complete (GREN/ACTION/CENTURY or equivalent)

d) Providing and fixing 1.0mm Laminate of approved shade on existing MDF surfaces in grooves, shapes complete. (Greenlam / Sunmica/ Merino or Equivqlent)

e) Providing & fixing 12mm toughend fixed glass partition fixed with S.S clamps & S.S channel in the ground As per Design, complete to the satisfaction of Architect/ EIC. (Modi / Asahi / Saint Gobain or equivalent)

f) Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

g) Providing and fixing Door Handle 450m wide SS finish Ozone/ EBCO or equivalent

h) Providing and fixing Mortice Lock for Patch fitting door Ozone/ EBCO or equivalent

B) FALSE CEILING:

i) Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets & galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS: 277 & consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm & 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts, bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5mm thick 27mm high having flange of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer's specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with: 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) : 2011 (Board with BIS certification marks) Saint Gobain/ Boral or Equivalent

ii) Providing and Fixing 15 mm thick densified tegular edged eco friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles of approved texture of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200 mm centre to centre, and cross “T” of size 24x28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main’T’ at 600 mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600 mm & secondary cross ‘T’ of length 600 mm and size 24 x28 mm made of 0.33 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600 mm panel to from grid of size 600x600 mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick densified edges calicum silicate ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid, including making opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., as required. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5x50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm C/C along main ‘T’, bottom exposed with 24mm of all "T" sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm.The calcium silicate ceiling tile shall have NRC value of 0.50 (Minimum), light reflection 85%, non- combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity 0.043 w/ mK.(Armstrong / Boral or equivalent)

iii) Providing and fixing Wooden False ceiling in with double layered MDF finished with 9.8mm MDF base ply covered with additional 5.5 mm MDF ply on top fixed over frame work of 25mmx50mm Marandi wood as per design and hanged from RCC ceiling with proper MS Angle hangers. The ceiling to be with 1mm laminate.

C) FLOORING

i) Raising floor to match existig floor level by fixing 4"x2" frame made from Alluminium section fixed at not less than 600mm centre to centre both ways With same specifications as for Item No 2(a) and covering with 35mm MDF (to be paid seperately in dfferent item.)

ii) Providing & fixing 35mm MDF board fixed on existing Allum. frames matching the level of existing floor complete. (Green / Actoin / Centrury or equivalent)

iii) Providing and fixing 8mm thick AC4 grade laminated wooden floating flooring of approved shade / design, to be laid over base foam fixed with tongue and groove joint. Vista or equivalent)

iv) Providing & fixing 1.5mm thick PVC flooring of approved design and shade in wooden finish, over existing flooring complete.

v) Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% & conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, incl grouting of joints. (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately) (Somany /Johnson / Kajaria/ or equivalent)

D) MISCELLANEOUS

i) Providing & fixing on wall / partition, wall paper of approved design & shade after preparing base. Base price of 120/-Sq.Ft.

ii) 6 mm plaster with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar of approved make as per the direction of E-I-C

iii) Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre complete (Asian / ICI or equivalent)

iv) Providing & applying Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint in 2 coats of interior grade, with VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. (Asian / ICI or equivalent)

v) Providing and fixing Roller blinds of approved shade and design including making necessary changes in size complete. Vista or equivalent

vi) Providing and fixing 35mm thick Flush doors in partitions including 1.0mm laminate on both sides in size and shape as per design. The Item includes all hardware such as SS hinges, door stopper, SS tower bolt, mortice lock with ss handles, door closers etc. complete. (Green / Archid/ Merino or equivalent)

vii) Providing and fixing Decorative wall Paintings in wooden frames on wall as approved of base prize Rs.2500/-to 3000/- each

FURNITURE

A) All MDF to be Action / Green / Century or Equivalent. Laminate to be Green /Sunmica / Merino or Equivalent. Hardware, Locks to be EBCO / OZONE or equivalent

a) Providing and fixing conference table made from modifying EXISTING conference table at different area of the premises of Shastri Bhavan. The base and top to be modified to suit new design. An additional 6mm MDF to be fixed on top & finished with 1.0mm laminate of approved shade. Edges of the Table to have 18mm MDF fixed as moulding finished in Duco Paint to match the laminate shade complete. Item incldues making provision for POPUP boxes for electrical points, LED screen.

b) All tables, Side tables, work stations etc. to be made from 18mm MDF boards for top, sides etc. All outer surfaces to be finished in 1.0mm laminate and inner surfaces finshed in 0.8mm laminate. Tables to have one drawer unit with 2 drawers and a shuttered storage. All edges to be finshed in Edge binding PVC tape of matching colour of laminate. Item includes a foot rest, one key board tray made from 18mm MDF board running on telescopic channel, wire manager etc. Item includes all hardware such as Locks, SS handles, channels etc. complete.

i) Providing & fixing Tables for Officers size 5'-0"x2'-3"x2'-6" high

ii) Providing & fixing side table for officers. Size of side table 3'-0"x2'-6" high x 1'-4" deep

iii) Providing and fixing work stations for staff in demarketed area with same specification as for main tables but top to be made from 25mm MDF Finished with 1.0mm laminated top. Rest of specifications to be same as main specifications.

c) Providing & fixing Full height Storage unit with 18mm MDF board for sides, shelves top and bottom with 18mm MDF for shutters. The outside of cabinet to be fninished with 1.0m laminate and inside to be finished with 0.8mm laminate. Item includes all hardware such as handles, self closing hinges, Locks etc. complete. The edges of the shelves, sides & shutters to be finished in PVC Edge binding tape complete.

d) Providing and fixing Low height / Overhead storage made from 18mm MDF for sides, top, bottom. The back to have 6mm thick MDF. The inner surface to be finished with 0.8mm laminate and outer surface to be finished in 1.0mm laminate. Complete. Edges to be finished in Edge binding tape.

e) Providing & placing in position Console in conference room with 18mm MDF for sides, top and bottom including shelves. All inner surface to have 0.8mm laminate and external surface finished in 1.0mm laminate of approved shade. All edges to have 2mm thick PVC edge binding tape of shade matching to laminate shade. Item to have 8mm thick glass shutters in front on SS pivots. The item includes all hardware handles, lock etc. complete.

f) Providing and fixing Pantry platform made from 18mm HDHMR for top, bottom, sides, finished with 0.8mm laminate from inside. External surface to have 1.0mm laminate of approved colour. The counter top to have 16mm thick Granite with leading edge finished in moulding. The counter to have SS baskets running on telescopic channels. Item includes all hardware such as channels, handles etc. complete.

B) CHAIRS and SOFA - Chairs to be Durian / Spark/ Geeken or equivalent

i) Providing and placing in position Medium back Chairs for Work stations with net backing and upholstered seat of approved design with 5 pronged base with casters, PU arms, Gas lift, Push back and tilting mechanism, etc. complete.

ii) Providing and placing in position High back Chairs for Officers with net backing and upholstered seat of approved design with 5 pronged base with casters, PU arms, Gas lift, Push back and tilting mechanism, etc. complete.

b) Wiring for group controlled (looped) light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point (without independent switch etc.) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed PVC conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. ii) Providing & fixing Refrigerent piping from outdoor to indoor units including insulation

iii) PVC drain pipes.
