DSR 2021 :- Item No. 11.39 :- Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 19 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

DSR 2021 :- Item No. 11.41A :- 11.41A.1 :- 11.41A.1.1 :- Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement 20 mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily.:- Double charge vitrified tile polished finish of size :- Size of Tile 600 x 600 mm.

DSR 2021 :- Item No. 8.31 :- Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to 21 IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

DSR 2021 :- Item No. 11.55 :- 11.55.1 :- Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the 22 architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge :- Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent.

DSR 2021 :- Item No. 1.1.18 :- Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba / similar 23 unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in- charge.

DSR 2021 :- Item No. 11.4 :- 52 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 25 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

DSR 2021 :- Item No. 4.2 :- 4.2.3 :- Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, 30 buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :- 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

NS-1 :- Providing and Fixing of seamless roll from Antistatic flooring 2mm thick make of (Mipolam 31 Cosmo-Gerflor flooring modle as approved light smoke (white or equivalent) with perfectly curved flush coverings, all joints to be welded properly. Complete with all lobour, material, tools, adhesive, edge profile for flooring fixing, trasportation, wastage etc.

NS-2 :- Supplying, providing & fixing steel based fire resistant/proof door with 02hrs rating. fire rating confirming to IS: 3614 (part2) 1992, BS: 476 and ISO:834 with all necessary fitting & fixtures including self closing hinges & locking arrangement. Frames to be made of 1.6mm thick galvanized steel sheet & shutters of overall thickness 43mm -46mm thick framed out of two outer skin panels of 1.25mm galvanized steel sheets having lock seam joints. Reinforcement shall also be provided at the top, bottom & locking areas. The infill material shall be mineral wood blanket confirming to IS:8183 to give required rigidity and effective acoustic and thermal insulation. The sheet metal used for both the frames & shutters are to be galvanized and to confirm to IS 32 277-1992 including one coat of Zink rich primer and two coats of fire resistant synthetic enamel paint. The door frame cavity/box facing wall of all four sides shall be filled with cement concrete 1:2:4 (which shall be paid separately). The door frame has to be fixed with minimum 150mmx12mm thick dash fastener 08Nos (i.e. 4no.) on each sides. The contractor shall obtain and furnish necessary approval from TAC for the supplied material etc. (Hardwares for double leaf fire resistant doors with : Two pair of D-Handles 300mm, Two Door closer, One Tower bolt 300mmx10mm, One (Godrej/Door King/Harrison) Dead Lock, S. S. Ball Bearing Hinges 08 Nos. Two clear fire resistant wire glass Vision Panel of size 200x300mm each with GI treated beading etc. All the gaps shall be filled with epoxy sealant of both the sides (inside & outside). Approximate Size of double leaf doors (1200/1120 x 2000/2100) m & that of door frame (0.125 x 0.075m). Complete with all labour, material, tools, transportation, etc.
