Indoor & Out Door Units of Split AC

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of folllowing rating inverter type Split AC unit with indoor and Outdoor units of Cooling type complete in all respect. The indoor unit shall comprise of evaporator with coil, fan and fan motor, necessary galvanised steel supports etc. Coating of Coil should be 100% Copper Anti Corrosion. Refrigerant should be R410A/R32. and Outdoor Should be modular type complete with highly efficient twin rotary compressor, ODU Module suitable for single phase units 220V - 240V, 50 Hz of operations . outdoor unit shall be air cooled with low noise fan. Minimum 5-Star Bureau of Energy Efficiency Star rating (as per latest valid BEE ratings of current year of purchase) Outdoor should be able to operate up to 55 deg C. The supply and installation of cable / required length of Copper Pipe between indoor to outdoor upto 3 mtr length shall be installed under standard installation and nothing extra shall be paid for the same. Any cable/copper piping installed over and above 3 metre (per AC unit) shall be paid as per actual mesurement.., The Air conditioning units shall include warranty of 5 years on (PCB) printed circuit board, 10 year or Above on COMPRESSOR. (THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE AC UNITS SHALL BE AS PER EXHIBIT - 9)

COPPER PIPING (REFRIGERANT PIPING)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of high pressure copper refrigerant piping suitable for R 410A/R-32 refrigerant of suitable size as required and duly insulated with 19mm/13mm thick closed cell elastomeric insulation in tubing form.

DRAIN PIPING

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of UPVC of 10 Kg/cm2 condensate drain water piping with necessary clamps, supports, hangers and fitting such as bend, tees, reducers etc. duly insulated with 6 mm thick chemically cross-linked closed cell polyethylene foam.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated pre-painted M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.

Control Cable

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of control cabling with PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, multicore copper conductor control cable in suitable conduits between indoor and outdoor units.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. External work - Lumpsum quantity taken

The quantities of Item 3 are etsimated and indicative only and liable for variation. The rates which shall be payable to the contractor upon actual utilization of these items are alredy depicted above. In case the contractor are desiring to execute these items at lower rates as compared to rates fixed above then the contractor can provide desired ACs at lower rates. It is to be noted that the payment of items under item no 3 will be made on actual utilization of these additional items as per the rates fixed above.

Payment shall be made on the basis of actual quantities used at quoted itemized rate. No additional payment / compensation will be done for changes in quantity.

Necessary opening on the wall will be done by Vendor himself for drawing copper tubing and cabling and rates must include cost towards such efforts. No additional payment shall be done to vendor for making hols in wall. Further, 4 nos rods used for installation of casette ACs will have to be installed by the vendor and no additional payment in this repect.

All tools and plants required for the execution of work shall be provided by the Vendor only. CWC will provide access to the place of installation within building premises.

The installation work also includes the work of dismantling of false ceiling in required area for insallation of indoor/outdoor units . Nothing extra shall be paid in this respect.

In case of any mismatch in prices quoted by bidder on GeM or in this price bid document, then the rate quoted by bidder on GeM shall be final & binding. Corporation may also reject the price bids of the bidder if the rates quoted are un-justified.

Bidders are advised to refer clause 3.9.6 "Quoting of Prices" of the tender document to understand the process of submitting the financial bid.
