Supply Installation Testing and commissioning front operated outdoor cubical type MV panel (Minium Size- 750 mm(L) X1200 mm (H) x600 mm(D), suitable for operation on 440V, three phase, 4wire, 50 HZ, AC supply system. The panel shall be fabricated by 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel with necessary anti-corrosive tretment and shall be dust and vermin proof construction along with body earthing, suitable for installation on Brick/concrete foundation (Minimum Height - 300 mm from ground level) with the following facilities. a) Fire and corrosion resistant coating similar to VIPER FR-1101 applied in two coats with necessary primer. b) Fire retardant DMC/SMC fillings for openings around bus bar near the sectional barriers. c) Facilities for terminals must be insulated Bus connected or suitable rated control power cabler with speeder link termination system for MCCBs. d) Shall have high mechanical dielectric strength. e) Double Door inter locking facility with rotary type handle and looking glass for meter reading, f) Shall have fire barriers. g)Switch body shall be made of fire retardant materials/heat insulating materials. h) painted with heavy coat of anti corrosive paint.I) FP MCCBs shall not be fixed in more than 2 Nos. in each compartment.j) Panel name as well as Feeder name along with Denger Plate to be provide.k) Provition of Top and Bottom cable entry hole.
