Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond CRRI campus, for all leads including all lifts involved. Complete as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand )

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape,raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground as directed by the Engineering in Charge. with cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement :4 Coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias, Dado( i/c top recessed horizontal stone moulding, projected 20mm from dado stone face) and similar vertical locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour & shade.Any area of slab.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The work shall be carried out as per specifications ,drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in -charge.

Providing & fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S including cost of adhesive of approved quality 1.0 mm thick.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete :75x40x2.5 mm (ordinary type)

Brass Handles 100mm of approved design shade and color with neccesory screw etc.

Painting with wood preservative / anti termite solution as per manufacturer specification on all wood work / boards

Providing and fixing magnetic catcher of approved quality in cupboard / ward robe shutters, including fixing with necessary screws etc. complete. Double strip (horizontal type)

Providing and fixing bright finished brass tower bolts (barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete :100x10 mm

Providing and fixing special quality bright finished brass cupboard or ward robe locks with four levers of approved quality including necessary screws etc. complete.75 mm

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings frames guard bar,ladder railings brackets gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing in position collapsible steel shutters with vertical channels 20x10x2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20x5mm size with top and bottom rail of T-iron 40x40x6mm with 40mm dia, steel pulleys complete with bolts, nuts, locking arrangement, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications :Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Internal work - Exposed on wall (20 mm nominal outer dia Pipes)

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made Fiberglass Reinforced plastics (F.R.P.) chajja 4 mm thick of required colour, size and design made by Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) Machine Technology, resulting in void free compact laminate in single piece, having smooth gradual slope curvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 2 nos vertically and 1 nos horizontally 50x2 mm thick M.S. flat with 12 mm in built hole for grouting on the existing wall along with the 50 mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monolithically, including all necessary fittings . The FRP Chajja should be manufactured using unsaturated Polyester resin as per IS: 6746, duly reinforced with fibre glass chopped strand mat (CSM) as per IS: 11551 complete with protective Gel coat U/V coating on Top for complete resistance from the extreme of temperature, weather & sunlight (Only plan area of chajjas shall be measured for making payment)

Providing/Making/Fixing wooden almira / storage unit along with inside storage shelves consisting of the following items :- a)18/19 mm thick century BWP Club prime block board provided in the cupboard shutters with 18x5mm size 2nd class teak wood lipping as where requieed .b) P/F century BWP Club prime ply in the frame of almira, back side horizantal shelves, etc. with 19x5mm thick 2nd.class teak wood margin on edges, duly polished. c) P/F Piano type hinges, magnetic catcher, hasp & staple for locking arrengement etc. for the following specification / materials.

18/19 mm century BWP Club prime ply with 5mm thick second class teak wood lipping on all edges polishing, etc in the frame work as specified above and directed by engineer - in - charge

Supplying and fixing of 4 way ETPN (IP43 protection)Metal door MCB distribution board (make : Legrand/L& T or equivalent) providing with suitable cable end box with provision for phase bus-bars, nutral bars with shrouds, earth bar, sticking saddles, cement spill protector, colour coded interconnecting wire set, cable ties and circuit identification lables with provision of 4 pole MCB as incomer and SP MCBs as outgoings including painting,earthing, connection, testing, commissioning etc as required. Incomer - 63 Amps, FP MCB, C- curve, (Icu-10kA) - 1No. Outgoing - 10-32 Amp DP MCB(10kA), C- Curve - 12 Nos. Legrand/ L & T or equivalent.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 A modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connections etc. as required.
