The unit price shall be inclusive of full charge o Refrigerant Gas & Oil, Freight, Insurance etc. as applicable in INR having the unit shall have feature to automatically modulate the evaporative temperature between 6 deg C to11 deg C with respect to load for better comfort and energy/efficiency. the PCB chamber of the outdoor unot should be refrigerant cool. VRV/VRF system shall be suitable for working on 48 Ambient temperature with Refrigerant R-410 A, Unit price shall be inclusive of full charge of Refrigerant GAs & Oil, Freight, Insurance as applicable in INR. The COP of systems mentioned below shall be minimum 7.1 at 50% load, at AHRI conditions in cooling conditions 6HP

Supply and Installation, testing and Commissioning of Cassette Type Round Flow Indore units equipped with, pre-filter, fan section with suitable static fan, multispeed motor, coil section with DX coil, all four independent louvers control, outer cabinet, drain pump, Occupancy sensor and floor temperature sensor, insulation, pipe connections. variable evaporative temperature control etc of various capacities as per specifications and drawings. The cassettes units shall have dual sensor which detect the presence of people and floor temperature to provide comfortable air-conditioning and energy saving. The sensor should detects human presence and adjust the airflow direction automatically to prevent drafts. Room temperature should be increase upto 4 deg C or switch off as required when no people are detected. The sensor should detect the floor temperature and automatically adjusts the airflow of the indoor unit to reduce the temperature difference between the ceiling and the floor. All indoor Units should have force shut option to connect with fire alarm adaptor,so that the unit automatically stops in case or fire. Each louver shall be independently adjustable.
