The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last seven years and the current financial year. The similar work is defined as "Construction of office, institutional, or residential buildings where façade-related systems formed a significant and clearly identifiable component." The bidder must satisfy any one of the following criteria: a. Three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated tender cost, b. Two similar works, each costing not less than 50%, c. One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The completion cost of works shall be brought to a common base date of receipt of tender as per the formula: Completion Cost * [1 + 0.10 * (Number of days from completion to tender date ÷ 365)]. "Substantially completed" means at least 90% of work value executed and certified by the client. In case of listed companies, bidders must additionally submit a declaration from the listed company confirming direct award of the work and audited turnover statements or proof from published financials showing ≥ Rs.1000 crore average turnover over the last 3 financial years. However, startups are exempted from the requirement of prior work experience, subject to meeting technical specifications and quality standards. The bidder should have a Project Engineer (Façade) with 5 years' experience in façade or building works. Additionally, for the eligibility criteria, the tenderer who is not enlisted with BRO must have working capital and/or access to credit facilities amounting to at least 10% of the estimated cost of the work. The required prior work experience includes the following values and percentages of similar works completed: - Three similar works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated tender cost - Two similar works, each costing not less than 50% - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost - At least 90% of work value executed and certified by the client for "substantially completed" works - Average turnover of ≥ Rs.1000 crore over the last 3 financial years for listed companies - Working capital and/or access to credit facilities amounting to at least 10% of the estimated cost of the work for the tenderer who is not enlisted with BRO.
