The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: * Experience of EPC OFC Construction project consisting of 15000 Kms of 24 or more core Underground OFC. * Satisfactorily completed the O&M of any OFC network of 24 or more Core Under Ground OFC, with at least 40% of the O&M requirement met through O&M of 24 or more core Aerial Fiber Cables. * Telecommunication equipment installation and commissioning consisting of at least: + 1000 active nodes, if bidding for 1 package of Category-1. + 2000 active nodes, if bidding for more than 1 package of Category-1. + 800 active nodes, if bidding for 1 package of Category-2. + 400 active nodes additional per package in addition to 800 active nodes, if bidding for more than 1 package of Category-2, subject to a maximum of 2000 nodes in case of 4 or more bid packages. * However, a bidder having experience of installation & commissioning consisting of at least 1800 active nodes can participate in all the packages, and a bidder with experience of installation and commissioning consisting of at least 2500 active nodes can participate in all packages. The percentage of similar works completed that can be met through other means are: * Up to 40% of the EPC requirement can be met through EPC work of 24 or more core Aerial Fiber Cables. * Up to 75% of the required experience can be met through 24 or more core Aerial Fiber Cables for Hilly Circle packages. * Up to 50% of the required experience can be met through 24 or more core Aerial Fiber Cables for cumulative experience requirement for participation in both Category-1 and Category-2 packages.
