Supplying and fixing of 4 C X 2.5 sqmm copper conductor, PVC insulated flexible multicore, cable of 1.1 KV grade on surface/tray etc. complete with connections as required. (Polycab/Havells/Finolex)

Supplying and proper fixing of 25mm dia (Nominal Size) Polyvinyl chloride pipe along with all accessories/ Fittings such as elbow, Tee etc. for drain of the split AC units complete with making the pipe air tight, fixing of heat insulation (polyethylene foam with thickness more than 8.0 mm) on the drain piping to avoid the condensed water dripping inside the room & making good the damages etc. complete as required.

Supply & fixing of powder coated prefabricated mounting stand for out door unit made out of M.S.sheet/M.S. angle iron of suitable size i/c cutting, welding, painting and grouting etc. complete as required.

S/Fixing 50 mm dia GI flexible pipe to cover the refrigerant pipes and power cables in the existing wall/on surface/ M S Tray with saddles, screws including S/F clamps etc. as required.

Dismantling the existing 1.5TR split AC units complete with disconnection of pipes and wires etc and placing the same at a safe place in the bldg. as decided by the Engineer-In-Charge.,

Supply & fixing DP sheet steel enclosure on surface / recess alongwith 25/32A 240V, "C" curve DP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of following rated energy efficient LED luminaires complete with all accessories suitable for operation on 230 Volts, 50 Hzs Single Phase AC Supply i/c. proper fixing/ mounting arrangement for installation of LED Luminaires including making connections with 1.5 Sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor sngle core cable, testing etc. complete as required.

36 watt(Range 34 to 36 Watts range) having minimum 3000 Lumens, surface/recess mounting LED square luminaires(suitable for 2x2 Grid/ARMSTRONG/POP type ceiling complete with all accessories(i/c. electronic in-built driver & LED Module) with high efficiency opal diffuser as required (M/s HAVELLS /Wipro/Philips/Osram/Oregenal/Halonix/crompton)

Replacement of following electrical items in the existing fittings/ panel etc. i/c testing and commissioning etc. as reqd.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Note: 1. The Agency has to submit police verification record & ID proof of each staff. 2. Penalty of will be imposed as per penalty clause for not timely resolving the complaint. If at any stage, it is observed that the performance of agency is not adequate, work will be rescinded, and the agency will be debarred from doing any work for one year in Delhi zone/region. The work will then be carried out at his risk and cost without serving any notice. 3. The GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes shall be quoted by the firm as applicable as per latest amendments of GST Rules. 4. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit. 5. The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. In case the Concessional GST is not creditable to BSNL it should be included in the price of the goods/services. 6. The quoted rates has to be all inclusive of FF & packing etc. noting extra will be paid on this account. 7. Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers. 8. Evaluation of bids: The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Net cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc.

We hereby declare that in quoting the above prices, we have taken into account the entire credit on inputs available under the GST Act introduced w.e.f. 1 July 2017 and further extended on more items till date. 2.
