Installation of 1.5/2TR window type A.C. in the existing window i/c modification and fixing suitable wooden frame, loading unloading etc. complete as required

Servicing of following capacity Window / Split AC / water cooler Units including washing & cleaning of filters, complete unit i.e evaporator unit, condensor unit i/c oiling, greasing of motors, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Repairing & Testing of 1.5/2.0 TR Capacity Split AC Units, flushing the system, pressure testing with Nitrogen gas holding the pressure for 24 hours, vaccumising, removal of leakage in Indoor unit & out door unit including supply & charging of refrigerant gas (R-22) and oiling, greasing of motors, testing commissioning etc. complete as reqd.

Supply and topping up of refrigerant gas (R-22) in existing 1.5/2.0 TR capacity Split AC units, i/c tracing the leakage if any and rectifying the same, refinishing of refrigerant pipes, joints, testing & commissioning of A C unit etc. complete as required.

Replacement of following faulty motor with new copper wounded motor suitable for operation on single phase 230 V, A C supply in the existing Split/Window AC unit i/c removal of faulty motor, making electrical connections, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd. (M/s Crompton, Ashu or as per manufacturer recommendation) NOTE:- The motor shall be guaranteed for One Year

Replacement of following defective/ unserviceable compressor in the existing Window / Split AC units with following new compressor suitable for operation on single phase, 50 Hz A C Supply i/c removal and re-installation of defective compressor, refrigerant piping & nut bolts of foundation, electrical connection and making connection with existing refrigerant pipe lines, brazing, electrical wire/ cable terminations, making joints (wherever required), testing, commissioning etc. complete as required. (NOTE:- Original Invoice and Test Certificate of the compressor shall be submitted.)

Replacement of existing faulty/unserviceable 1.5 TR Indoor Units of Split AC Units by supplying new 1.5 TR Indoor Unit, suitable for operation on 230 V AC supply, complete with blower, cooling coil, filters, controls & all accessories and remote control, etc. complete as required. (Make : M/S Hitachi/ Blue Star/Carrier/Voltas make)

Replacement of cooling coil 1.5/2.0 TR split AC unit i/c removing the old coil nut bolt fixing the new coil refrigerant piping brazing connection testing commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of 3mm thick ply wood in the existing window i/c cutting & fixing with the help of screws etc. complete as required.

(M/S Bluebird/ Logicstat/Microtek make).

Repairing of existing faulty 4KVA/5KVA Voltage Stabilizer installed for window/split AC Units i/c replacement of faulty/burnt components such as PCB, Transformer, Voltmeter, TDR Switch etc., connections, testing etc. complete as required.

Note:- 1. The Agency has to submit police verification record & ID proof of each staff. 2. The firm shall provide each staff with working cell phone. 3. The staff may be deputed for duty as per instruction of concerned SDE (E)/JTO (E). 4. Penalty shall be imposed in case of absence of any staff as per T & C of contract. 5. The Estimated Rates are inclusive of GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes as applicable & Freight Charges (Unloading & Stacking) etc., the contractor shall quote accordingly. 6. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit. 7. The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. In case the Concessional GST is not creditable to BSNL it should be included in the price of the goods/services. 8. The FF & packing amount quoted shall not be subject to change after bid evaluation /ordering on account of change of copper, lead base price, change in duties & taxes of item etc. 9. Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers. 10. Evaluation of bids: - The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Net cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc. exclusive of GST.
