Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumization and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for AC system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastomeric nitrite rubber tubular sleeves sections of specified thickness as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required :

9.5 mm dia. (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19 mm thick insulation

15.86 mm dia. (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm with 19 mm thick insulation

Supply & fixing of control cum transmission wiring and AC power supply cable of shielded Copper conductor for looping between indoor & outdoor units complete as manufacturers standard compete as required.

5c X 4 sq.mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable

Supply / Fixing of PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor armoured cable of 4c X 6 Sq.mm size of 1.1Kv grade on surface/ recess of wall with MS saddle complete as required.

Supplying and fixing FP sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 25/32 A 415 V "C" curve FP MCB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. [Havells/Legrand or SS Makes]

Supplying and fixing PVC casing & capping of suitable size (100 mm approx.) to cover refrigerant pipes, cable, drain line with polishing the same matching with surroundings in the room / chamber etc., as required.

Minor civil i.e. making hole in the existing Brick/ Stone/RCC wall having approx. thickness of 1 Metre for fixing the pipe repairing the same with sand cement as per direction of Engineer in charge etc., complete as required with same type of material.

Supplying and fixing PVC pipe of following sizes complete with accessories i/c cutting, complete as required. (for drain)

Note:- 1. The GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes have been included in the Estimated rates as applicable as per latest amendments of GST Rules. 2. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit. 3. The Estimated Cost are inclusive of all Taxes (all GST components-CGST, SGST, and IGST), Bidder must quote accordingly. 4. The Estimated rates are all inclusive of FF & packing etc. noting extra will be paid on this account. 5. Evaluation of bids: The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Total cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc. 6. The firm is required to execute the items of work anywhere in Delhi Zone as per instructions of the EE(E). Fails to do so penalty will be imposed @ Rs.100/- per day for delay beyond 24 hours. 7. Declaration by Bidder: 7.1. We hereby declare that in quoting the above prices, we have taken into account the entire credit on inputs available under the GST Act introduced w.e.f. 1 July 2017 and further extended on more items till date. 7.2.
