Stitching of Rings in Brick Masonry Arch Barrel, Procuring custom designed anchor assembly of predefined dimensions. Each anchor assembly shall constitute of the following parts:(a) Reinforceing Member:- Stainless steel Rebar/stud/tube of Grade 304 conforming to BS 6323/6744/6105 & ASTM A554/A312 as per applicability. The diameter and size of the reinforcing members will based upon the structure requirement of structure.(b) Grout:- The grout shall be a one component dry powder mix. Its basic ingrediant should be natural mineral and portland product with graded aggregates, including sand and lime. The constituent, when proportioned with water, produce a pumpable, non-shrinking grout. The grout should not contain any epoxy & resin binders.(c) Sock:- This should be a specially woven polyester based tubular sock with expansion properties to suit the diameter of the bore hole in the substrate. The sock should have property to expand in lateral direction only. The mesh of the stock is to be designed to contain the aggregates of mixed grout while still allowing the milk of grout to flow from its pores.(d) Grout Delivery Pipe:- This component forms the part of all structural anchors only. It is not required for the hollow reinforcing member anchor assemblies that are generally used for stitching purposes only. A 10-12 mm dia. PVC hollow pipe for delivery of grout under pressure inside the sock & around the reinforcing rebar/stud such that the grout inflates the sock all around the rebar/stud starting from far inside end, moving outward towards the front & forming mechanical bond between rebar/stud & substrate: 1. Anchor rate at manufacture's ware house etc complete. a) 775mm length 10mm diameter hollow stainless pipe of Grade S304 in 32 mm diameter sock in 32mm cored hole to be provided radially to the extrados as per drawing attached, to tie the all brick layers together and make them behave monolithically.

Providing and erecting 2.00 metre high temporary barricading at site; each panel of size 2.50mx2.00m made of 40x40x6mm angle iron or 50x50x3mm hollow MS tube posts/horizontal members/bracings covered with 1.63mm thick MS sheet. The sheet shall be fixed with 30x5mm MS flat by suitable welding/riveting. The panels shall be made so that gap of 50cm above the ground is available making overall height as 2.5m. MS channel ISLC 75 @ 5.70 kg/m, 50cm long shall be provided at the bottom having oval shaped holes of size 50x25mm at both ends with 50cm long MS angle 40x40x6mm bracing. Suitable arrangement shall be made to fix the barricading to avoid from overturning by providing 250mm long expansion fasteners at both ends. The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Engineer-in-Charge which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :- One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work).

Marking of all anchors using right angles, wooden angles, spirit levellers, etc. as per requirement on the surface of slab for accurate guidance of insertion of anchor into the masonry wall.

Coring in the cracked structural members with specialized machinery and speacially trained Corer under the supervision of experience Engineer. Coring should be done by use of high speed low vibration coring machine with diamond core bits with stringent accuracy levels. It should impart negligible vibration to the structure so that no further distress is caused in already distressed structure that is being strengthened.

Inserting and Grouting of anchors after careful insertion of the anchors in the cleaned holes using Presstec grout, 14-18 degree cooled potable water, paddle mixer, strainer, pressure pot, air compressure will hose pipelines, nozzles, etc. all as per the engineer in-charge.

Finishing of the surface by cutting and shaping the front portion of the masonry core obtained during the coring and placing it in gap left beyond the anchor and edge of the free end with lime based mortar.

For Lime Grouting Structures, Supply and apply of Acrylic primer in water dispersion with strong penetrating action for consolidating and improving the characteristics of weak, crumbly or powdery surfaces and concrete slabs using brush/spray.

Providing, drilling, fixing, injecting and removing of PVC nozzles of 14mm dia and at a 250mm c/c in grid pattern. 1. Drilling hole using drill machine for fixing PVC nozzles from the bottom of slab. 2. Cleaning the hole and fixing of PVC nozzles with lime mortar.(Lime mortar in client scope) 3. Injecting Mape-Antique I using pressure machine.(Cost of material not included) 4. Once the grouting is complete, cut the nozzles and reprofile the surface with lime mortar.

Supply and injecting Super Fluid, salt-resistant, fillerized hydraulic binder based on lime and Eco-Pozzolan for consolidating and strengthening Lime structures.

Application cost for all above processing on area of above item no. 8 to 13

Restrictions Barrier for Safety of the Monument, Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed for fixing of gauge barrier.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for fixing of gauge barrier.

Providing and fixing gauge barrier for height restrictions before the entry of Vehicles under arch way for safety of the monument which connected from Red Fort to Salimgarh, further no any vehicles through this arch and no any damaged to the structure. Including fabrication with all required fitting, and T&P hydra crane for carriage and installation and pulling the poles and help of fitting of poles, reflector & shinning paint with primer etc complete, as per direction of , Site Incharge.
