The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works, each costing not less than Rs 110 crore, or - Two similar works, each costing not less than Rs 132 crore, or - One similar work costing not less than Rs 176 crore. Similar work shall mean works of supply and fixing of Sign Boards with stands and angles, Name Plates, Rubber Stamps, Flex Banners, Stickers, etc. The evaluation of technical bid includes marks for relevant experience of the firm, with the following marks allocated: - Below 5 Lakhs: 0 marks - Between 5 Lakhs-11 Crore: 10 marks - Between 11 Crore-16.5 Crore: 15 marks - Between 16.5 Crore-22 Crore: 20 marks - 22 Crore and above: 25 marks Additionally, the past work orders similar to the work tendered are evaluated as follows: - 0-40: 0 marks - 40-60: 10 marks - 60-80: 15 marks - 80-100: 20 marks - 100 and above: 25 marks The bidder should have at least three years of experience in providing and fixing of signboards with stands and angles, Name Plates, Rubber Stamps, Flex Banners, Stickers, etc. to any Central/State Govt. organizations/PSUs in India. The bidder should have the average annual financial turnover of at least 50% of the tender value in the respective category during the last 3 years ending with 31.03.2024. Mentioned values include: - Rs 110 crore - Rs 132 crore - Rs 176 crore - 5 Lakhs - 11 Crore - 16.5 Crore - 22 Crore - 40% - 60% - 80% - 100% - 50% of the tender value.
