The required prior work experience for the bidder involves completing works of a certain amount in a single contract of similar nature during the last 07 years ending on 30.06.2025. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs. 80.00 Lakhs or two works, each of Rs 100.00 Lakhs or one work of Rs. 160.00 Lakhs. The works should be related to repair and maintenance of civil works, such as buildings, roads, or new civil construction works. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, it is stated that phase/part completion of the scope of work in a contract shall not be considered, but pre-determined phasing of the work will be accepted. For works completed pre-GST era, the completion amount will be divided by 1.12 to exclude pre-GST taxes and make it at par with experience certificates of post-GST era, but excluding GST. The bidder's net worth should not have eroded by more than 30% in the last three years ending on 31st March 2025. Experience gained by executing work on a back-to-back contract or sub-contract basis is acceptable under certain conditions, and an agency that has completed one year of work in a running AMC contract of more than one year may be counted for the value of work for a completed one year on a pro-rata basis.
