APFC PANEL Design, manufacture & Supply of 200 KVAR thyristor switched APFC panel consist of thyristors , inteligent APFC controller, thyristor firing modules, self current limiting coil complete with controls for automatic power factor improvement of capacitor bank(s) suitable for operation on 415 V, 50 Hz, AC supply & to maintain the P.F. upto 0.99 lagging. The panel shall be fabricated from CRCA sheet steel enclosure made out of 2mm thick sheet steel , fully compartmentalised of each module sections, hinged type lockable door, totally enclosed, vermin proof, free standing, suitable ventilated louvers covered with wire mesh, floor mounting , MS base frame of size 75 x 40 x 5 mm thick channel etc including antirurst treatment with powder coated of approved colour,complete with all internal copper wiring, inter connections of all control & power cables, entire panel shall have a common earth bus bar at rear with 2 Nos earth Studs at both the ends, cable alleys, 3 mm thick cable gland plates etc. as required as per specification enclosed with the following equiped switch gears & accessories:- A) INCOMING i) 800 Amp FP MCCB of 65 KA (Ics=Icu Value at 415 Volt) with microprocessor release for O/L & S/C protection - 01 Nos. B) BUSBARS i) 800 Amp TPN Aluminium busbar. C) INSTRUMENTS i) 96mm x 96mm square Digital type ammeter with CTs ( 400/5A) & inbuilt ASS ii) 96mm x 96mm square Digital type Voltmeter protected by MCBs with inbuilt VSS iii) 12 (Twelve) stepped Automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) relay with inbuilt PF controller. iv) Set of LED indication lamp protected by MCB for RYB Phases, ON & OFF indication on incommer. v) Switch for auto / manual operation. D) Outgoing Switch gear & capacitor bank rating i) 63A TP MCCB , 35KA (Ics=Icu at 415V) with neutral link and 50KVAR capacitor bank - 2 set ii) 63A TP MCCB , 35KA (Ics=Icu at 415V) with neutral link and 25KVAR capacitor bank - 3 sets iii) 63A TP MCCB , 35KA (Ics=Icu at 415V) with neutral link and 12.5 KVAR capacitor bank - 2 sets Note:- 1 Each bank shall consits of Thyristor switch module, single phase Electronic switch, MPP-H ( heavy duty ) capacitor with 7% detuned harmonic Reactors suitable for 3 Phase, 440 V A.C. ±10 %, 50Hz ± 3 %, Semiconductor protection Fuse Link, ON/OFF Push Button, ON/OFF LED Indication Lamps protected by MCB, Auxiliary Relays as required complete. Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 3 mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm x 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip electrode, including connection / terminating with nut, bolt, spring washer etc. as required. (jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Providing & fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip in 40mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode i/c connection with brass nut, bolt, spring washer excavation & re-filling etc. as required.

Providing & fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing & fixing 25mm x 5mm GI strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing, laying & fixing of 100 mm dia G.I.pipe (medium class) in ground complete with GI fittings including trenching (75 cm) deep and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of 90 mm dia (OD- 90 mm & ID-76 mm nominal) size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Providing and fixing H.T. danger notice plate of 250 mm X 200 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Providing and fixing M.V. danger notice plate of 200 mm X 150 mm, made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick, and vitreous enameled white on both sides, and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Supply and fixing of fire retardant electrically insulated synthetic mat of class B,ISI marked having dielectric strength 45 KV, working voltage 11 KV, AC proof voltage 22 KV of size 1 Mtr. width x 2.5 mm thick of approved color, upper surface patterned and lower surface plain as required along with all allied materials such as Pu-resin, Chemi bound, special PVC adhesive, liquid primer, SR-998 adhesive etc. in what so ever quantity required to complete the job as per site conditions & meeting all requirements as per IS 15652:2006 and as per instructions from Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of fire retardant electrically insulated synthetic mat of class A, ISI marked having dielectric strength 30 KV, working voltage 3.3 KV AC proof voltage 10 KV of size 1 Mtr. width x 2.0 mm thick of approved color, upper surface patterned and lower surface plain along with all allied materials such as Pu-resin, Chemi bound, special PVC adhesive, liquid primer,SR-998 adhesive etc. in what so ever quantity required to complete the job as per site conditions & meeting all requirements as per IS 15652:2006 and as per instructions from Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing 3-phase, 11KV/415 Volt, 500 KVA capacity oil type, transformer operating at 50HZ AC supply i/c detaching from all existing accessories like cables , Race way etc. along with all the eletrical accessories i/c shifting of dismantled material from T/F room to AAI store complete as required.

Dismantling of existing 3-phase, 415V, 50 HZ AC supply old Non essential LT panel consisting of 7 nos., 3- poles,800 Amps ACBs, 400 Amp,250 Amps,100Amps 63 Amps MCCBs along with all the eletrical accessories, disconnection of various sizes of cables end termination & earthing terminals Including shifting of dismantled material from LT panel power house to AAI store complete as required.

Dismantling of existing 3-phase, 415V, 50 HZ AC supply old Essential LT panel consisting of 3- poles,800 Amps ACBs, 400 Amp,250 Amps,200 Amps,100 Amps, 63 Amps MCCBs along with all the eletrical accessories, disconnection of various sizes of cables end termination & earthing terminals Including shifting of dismantled material from LT panel power house to AAI store complete as required.

Dismantling of existing 3-phase, 415V, 50 HZ AC supply old APFC panel consisting of APFC controller, Duty Capacitors etc. along with all the eletrical accessories, disconnection of various sizes of cables end termination & earthing terminals Including shifting of dismantled material from LT panel power house to AAI store complete as required.
