Item No. 2.01 , Annual all inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract of 1.5 TR capacity split type of different makes AC along with voltage stabilizers including carrying out routine/preventive maintenance, unlimited breakdown maintenance, repair/replacement of all defective components such as compressor/ condenser coil etc, Gas charging and any other defective accessories by providing all necessary consumables and spares , maintenance of records/documentation etc. as per special condition of contract and technical specifications etc complete as required. Note- 1 Job is equivalent to comprehensive maintenance of 1 No machine per year. 2.01) Rate for First Year
