Providing and applying Asian or equivalent Damp Proof Paint water proofing Terrace or wall surface (two or more coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete as directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1-Cement : 2- Coarse sand : 4- graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (A) Foundations, footings, Base or columns and Mass concrete

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles 8 to 10 mm thick , 24'' x 24'' in flooring treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement : 3-coarse sand ) finishing with flush pointing in white cement.

Providing and laying polished kota stone slab 25mm thick in risers of steps,skirting Dedo and pillars laid on 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1-Cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with gray cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing etc. complete.

Providing and laying polished Granite slab of minimum 18 mm thick in risers of steps,skirting Dedo and pillars laid on 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1-Cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with gray cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing etc. complete.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Supplying labour for one Full day for a period of 8 Hours.

Supplying and Spreading of good quality yellow Garden Earth as per the requirement of Horticulture as directed.

Providing and fixing single layer waterproof gypusm board 12.5 mm thick of the make Newgood Group Co. Ltd. or equivalent & Newgood Group Co. Ltd. company sections using waterproof board of size 1220 mm x 1830 mm x 8.0 mm suspended by G.I suapender of size 25 mm x 3 mm with intermediate channel of size 18 mm x 40 mm x 0.80 mm at 1220 mm center to center ceiling section of size 40 mm x 35 mm x 0.55 mm at 457 mm center to center and perimetre chanel A of size 20 mm x 27 mm x 30 mm x 0.50 mm at edges & drops including paper tap sand sofit cleat, anchor fastener, scoch bolt connecting cleat joining compound top coat on ceiling including making necessary opening for light fitting, diffuser etc. complete as per detail drawing as directed.

Providing Injection treatment to RCC slab / column / wall by preparing 50mm deep hole of 100mmdia and arranging 15mmdia nipple by Cementing in position with nipple mouth projected upward after setting, the thick slurry of water proofing compound Cement one integral water proof or equivalent mixed with O.P.C. Cement is then injected through nipple using pressure machine etc. comp as directed by Engineer in charge(using 43 grade cement (M.R.)

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : (M.R.)

Providing and fixing Asphalt sheet of 10 to 15 cm width and good adhesive capacity on UPVC sheet/Other surface by cleaning surface and applying require materials as directed by Engineer in charge. (M.R.)

Providing and fixing alluminium anodized window shutter having handles vitrified system and interlock section size 38 mm x 18 mm x 1.50 mm with stainless steel Jalli for mosquito rubber gasket, locking arrangement and soling etc. complete. (M.R.)

Providing and fixing in position Fe 500D TMT for R.C.C. bored piles as per detailed drawing, including cutting, bending hooking tying and welding complete and including forming the cage and lowering it in position.

Providing & Fixing 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated sheets roofing fixed with galvanised iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia. GI Plain and bitumen washers complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafter and trusses)

Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground C.I. Inspection chamber and bends with bricks having crushing strength not less than 35Kg/Cm2 in C.M. 1:5 C.I. cover with frame (Light duty) 455mm x 610mm intenal dimensions total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38Kg. Anti-Termite System:Providing and laying of permanent piping technology anti-termite treatment before flooring work by installing LLDP (Low linear density polyethylene) tube of 8 mm O.D. & 6.4 mm 1.D. with inbuilt pressure compensation chip every 30 cm interval in the tube, having working pressure of 2 Kg/cm2 and release rate of 1.9 Itr/hour fixed by P-clips and nails. The LLDP pipe shall be installed at the entire periphery of the building and at internal network of building at a depth of 20 to 200 mm under floor at every 2 to 3 mtr. c/c distance (adjusted as per building layout ) & Ends of loop pass through a PVC elbow of minimum 32 mm ID at junction box of wall and floor level, entering into a steel reinforced grooved flexible pipe of minimum 22 mm ID leading into junction box and the loops shall terminate in junction boxes & test every junction during injecting chemicals for termite control treatment. The anti termite chemical Imidacloprid 30.5% SC mix as per IS-6313 (part III) shall be injected by the pressure pump diluted with water @ 10.5 ml/5 ltr of water at the rate of 2 Kg/sq.cm @ 5 Ltr/SMT. The contractor shall submit approved line plan for piping system ad junction boxes dully approved by Engineer-in-Charge with bond of 5 year warranty.(II)Anti Termite chemical injected area (Chemical injecting incl. labour cost
