Distempering (two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on wall surface to give an even shade over and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mirtar dropping and other foreign matter and also excluding preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth with asian paints distenper as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with Apex exterior paint on wall surface (two coats) including one coats of primer to give an approved brand and manufactures and of required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to as Directed by Engineer incharge.

Painting Two coats oil paint and wood based surface with enamel paint interior to give and even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping as Directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Fixing Flase Ceilling POP as Directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work and stone masaonry including stacking of serviceable materilas and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift.(II) In cement Mortar.

Providing and laying cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roof, balcnies, terraces etc, consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-In-Charg over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including the cleaninbg the suurface before treatment . b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bat 25mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5coarse sand) admixture with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 aand approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer cement moratr of max 1:5 (1 cement:5coarse sand)admixture water proofing compoud confing to IS:2645 and approved by engineer -in Charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining wall upto 300 mm height including rounding of the junctions of walls and slab c) after two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement cemant slurry using 2.75 Kg/sqm of cement admixture water proofing compound to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-In -Charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick joiningless including dismelting of existing waterproofing surface etc complete as Directed by Engineer incharge etc.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern to wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats at required spacings and frame alround, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws. (A) Plain GRILL including two coat of primer as Directed by Engineer Incharge.

Providing and applying coat of putty on wall surface as directed by engineer-incharge.
