Providing, Fixing, Erecting, Testing & Commission of High resolution LED Wall (min 20' x 12') and LED wings having size of (10' x 4'=2Nos), (8'x4'=2Nos), (6'x4'=2Nos) with necessary framing work, Stand / Stage of height as required, including all necessary electrical connections, cable, switches, safety switches, AV Modules etc on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Hire Charges for Two Complete Days. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and other taxes.

Providing, Fixing, Erecting, Testing & Commission of High Quality Sound System with Monitor Mix Console and line array with necessary fixture, truss, stand of height as required, including all necessary electrical connections, cable, switches, safety switches, Modules/Mixtures, controllers etc on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Hire Charges for Two Complete Days. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and other taxes. Sound Systems Specification: (1) System must consist of a Three-way or Four-way system with sufficient amplification and speaker enclosures to cover the entire seating area and be capable of 116 DB at the mix position. Make: eaw, vedos, martin, turbo, meyer, ev, jbl, D&B. (2) jbl vrx & HDL 20 speaker shall not be excepted. (3) System shall be of even coverage throughout the entire venue. (4) System should be flown whenever possible or elevated which includes sound wing sand anytime system is not flown. (5) System should be configured in Stereo. (6) System should have all drive components at the mix position and be accessible to bands engineer. (7) Sound console shall be min. 32 out consoles and 48 inputs. (8) Talk back to stage and a discrete clear-com communications system between House sound and monitor world is also required. (9)Console should be placed at center position and a minimum of75ft.from sound system. (10) All must be 2-way bi-amped or 3-way tri-amped with electronic crossovers. (11) The sound company will provide at least two qualified engineers to assist Artist engineers in all audio set-ups and deal with all support acts.

Providing, Fixing and Erecting of Changing Rooms of Size 15" x 10" or 10" x 10" as per attached drawing with Tripoi, Mirror Carpet, Tube Lights, Fans, hangers etc. on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Hire Charges for Two Complete Days. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and other taxes.

Providing, Fixing, Erecting, Testing & Commission of White & Whom LED Lighting with structure tower etc. on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Hire Charges for Two Complete Days. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and other taxes.

Providing, and Fixing Green/Blue Flooring Carpet etc. on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Hire Charges for Two Complete Days. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and other taxes.

Providing and Arranging Wooden Table alongwith Cloths etc. on Hire Charges including removing the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Hire Charges for Two Complete Days. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and other taxes.

Providing & Arranging VIP Leather Sofa 2/3 Seater Set of Clean and good conditions of color as specified by engineer in charge on Hire Charges including removing the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Hire Charges for Two Complete Days. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and other taxes.

Providing and Arranging of Sofa Set Steel 3 Sheeter etc. on Hire Charges including removing the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Hire Charges for Two Complete Days. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and other taxes.

Providing and Arranging of P.V.C. Chairs as required etc. on Hire Charges including removing the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Providing and Fixing of Red Carpet at entry and VIP Seatings etc. on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer-incharge. Providing, Fixing & Erecting Decorative Entry/Exit gates of any shape with necessary wooden/steel framing work etc of height and width as required, including fixing white or colorful clean cloth/Flex on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer-incharge. Hire Charges Shall be for Two Complete Days. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and other taxes

Providing, Fixing and Erecting Partitions and Barricades of iron/wooden materials with black cloth at required height (consider min. 8ft height) etc. on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer-incharge. Hire Charges Shall be for Two Complete Days. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and other taxes.

Providing, Fixing, Erecting, Testing & Commission of Cold Pyro firing works with necessary framing work, Stand/Stage of height as required, including all necessary assemblies/accessories, electrical connections, cable, switches, safety switches, AV Modules, Safety Parameters etc on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge. Hire Charges for Two Complete Days. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and other taxes.

Providing, Fixing & Erecting Portable Biodegradable/Chemical toilet of required size at selected locations with all necessary fittings, water supply, exhaust fan, light, electrification, hand wash, napkin, toilet papers, other accessories as complete unit on Hire Charges including dismantling the same after completion of the event, including all transportation, carriage, lead, lift, etc complete as directed by engineer-incharge. Hire Charges Shall be for Two Complete Days. Rates shall be inclusive of GST and other taxes
