Providing and Laying 20 mm thickness Rajula stone slab florring of 300mm X300mm over 20mm thick ( average) thick Base laid over jointed waith grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab included to provide groove in florring all complete in colour and shed as approved by architect or enginner in charge.

Providing and installing River finish Granite of 18 mm thick as per approved color and texture samples that is anti-skid, machine cut, fine chisel dressed stone in swimming pool steps, flooring, paving, treads, nosings, corbels, Countertops as per design, bands over 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand). Rates are inclusive of arranging of samples, laying the stone as per the patterns shown in the drawings and as directed by the Consultants and the engineer in-charge for approvals of the the same well in advance and prior to using them in works.

Providing and laying coloured glazed tiles of the size 300 mm x 200 mm x 8 mm / 300 mm x 450 mm x 8 mm in Flooring/vertical wall / skirting, risers of steps and dedo on 10 mm. thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) & jointedwith white cement slurry.

Providing & laying glazed mosaic flooring of Prium quality of Piccolo or eqalent imported qty. for plain and curved surfaces, comprising of 50X50 mm size and of minimum 5 mm thick glazed tiles (one or more colours, as directed), laid over epoxy base adhesive . The adhesive applied at the surafece 4-5 mm and grouting of the same on plain or sloped surfaces. filling joints with white color epoxy grouting material . The rate shall include bands, external joints if different colour is used, any pattern or design as per drawing and direction, curing, cleaning with water and oxalic acid, etc. complete.

TREE PLANTATION : Supply & plantation of trees as per specified plantation plan. Bar Chair:Providing, supply and fixing of modern and VVIP modular bar chair / stool with selected model and color shade and finish as approved by architect to be installed on site as per requirement.

Loose Table and Chair Set:Providing, supply and fixing of modern and VVIP modular outdoor table-chair set with one coffee table in circle or square shape as per model selected with 4 set of chair without soft furnishing suitable for outdoors in all proof weather conditions.The installation work shall be carried out as per requirement and instructions received from Architect.

Pool Side Loungers with umbrella:Providing, supply and fixing of modern and VVIP modular pool side recliner loungers 1 nos with 1 nos Umbrella set with umbrella stand provision and holder in composite framework. The installation work shall be carried out as per requirement and instructions received fromArchitect.

Pool Counter Under water Stools :Providing, supply and fixing of modern pool Underwater bar stools made of SS 316 grade material with good matt buffing and finishing. Seat Diameter 16 inch, Foot rest 32 mm die ring with support , Bottom fixing plate 150 mm diameter , Main pipe support 72 mm diameter pipe with necessary SS316 anchoring system . all complete as per requirement and approved from Architect consultant .

Providing and fixing in position 20micron anodized aluminium doors semi panelled with glass and pre-laminated boards/ pre lam compact sheets as per designs of the Consultants. Rates shall be inclusive of providing and fixing of outer anodized aluminium door frame section as per the designs, fixing of hinges, pivots, door closures, door stops etc as directed. Colour samples of anodizing and pre-laminated boards shall be approved by the Engineer in charge prior to use. Sections shall be of Jindal or equivalent. Handles shall be EBCO, Arl Bihari make or equivalent and rubber gaskets shall be EPDM make or equivalent. a. Contractor shall get all the samples of aluminium sections and powder coating approved from the engineer in charge. b. Samples of handles, locks, door closures etc shall be approved by the Engineer in charge prior to use.

Providing and fixing in position 20micron colour anodized aluminium sliding 2 track, openable and toilet vent windows; as per designs of the Consultants with extruded, built up standard sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285. Rates shall be inclusive of fixing of hinges, pivots, SS screws counter sunk and flush with section as desired by the Engineer in charge etc as directed. Sections shall be of Jindal or equivalent. Rates shall be inclusive of cleats, glazing clips, applying wacker make or equivalent silicon sealant on the external face of the window on all sides to ensure water tight window openings. Holes shall be left at due places in aluminium sections in windows to allow for water to escape during rains. Rates shall be inclusive of all kinds of SS hardware and handles and rubber gaskets (EPDM make) shall be of Arl Bihari, EBCO make or equivalent. Vents shall have louvered glass as per designs. Colour samples of anodizing shall be approved by the Consultant/ Engineer in charge prior to use.

Providing and fixing of door Handels, Cloth Hanger Door Lock etc. As approve make and as directed by Architect consultant and engineer In-charge.

Supplying and applying synthetic enamel paint in 2 or more coats of approved shade,including aapplying birla white putty in proper line level & quality and make like Nerolac, Asain, Berger after preparations of surface properly with all labors and materials in all floors complete as per drawings, specifications and instructions of EngineerIncharge. Rate inclusive of cost of materials,transportation, loading/ unloading, labor tools and tackles etc.

Providing & Applying amicol 2K PU paint works including surface prearation of MS structure by manual /powerfool cleaning to get desired surface then applying two coats of amicol 2K polyuathane paints ( light grey /by brush /roller application as directed by architect / engineer in charge .

Supply and fixing of of single skin Roofing on 18 mm thick cement sheet members . Including Applying primer , membreme. FIxing the shingals and reidge on cement sheet by use of 19 mm SS scews all complete( including cement sheet) as per direction by architect consultant .

Supply and instrallation of Filtration Recirculating pump set for Jaccuzi pressure jets. The Pump is in PP body, Wet ends made of high reinforced engineering thermal plastic with compact structure with Noryl impeller, 2” inlet/outlet, Insulation Class F/ Protection IP 55,continuous operation, motor/ pump shaft has no contact with water. Total electrical sepration with 2.2 ltr inbuilt pre filter with transparent lid for inspection . Flow Rate: 21.0 m3/ Hr. @ 18meter.Including Pressure jet nossal valve, water in let & out let etc. all directed by engineer in charge.

Supply and instrallation of Air Blower Circulation Pump or other approvedequivalent The Pump power is 1500W/2HP, Pressure 26 KPa, Vaccume Pressure is 21 Kpaflow speed is 220 m3/ Hr. and freq is 50 Hz.. all complete as per site condition and as directed b enginner in-charge.

Providing and fixing Sink Faucet of approved make including angle cock , inlet pipe , waste pipe etc. all complete as directed bt enginner in-charge .

Providing and fixing PVC gully 100X100 mm of approved make including waste pipe connection etc. all complete as directed bt enginner in-charge .
