Providing and fixing Granite 18mm work gang saw cut (polished and machine cut) of thickness 18mm for wall lining (Veneer work,) backing filled with a grout of average 12mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1-cement : 3- coarse sand) including pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1 white cement : 2 marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the marble shade (To be secured to the backing by means of cramps, which shall be paid for separately.)

Providing and fixing FRP frame size 125x65 mm and 35mm thick FRP shutter having extra reinforcement on sides & edges in polish finish. The core of the shutter & frame is to be filed up with injected polyurethene foam done in situ alongwith embedded wooden pieces for stiffening & also taking hinges & fintures. The whole FRP frame & shutter is to be water proof weather proof, termite proof & resistance to mild acid/alkali. Rates are to be inclusive of S.S hinges with necessary screws & alluminium S.S fixtures & fastenings & fastener sleeve.

CONCRETE AND STEEL : The structural concrete of the grade specified shall be control concrete as per IS: 456-2000. Use of weigh batcher, Mixture machine, mechanical vibrator and controlled water cement ratio will be strictly enforced. (Use of concrete mixing plant on site will preferable and design mix shall be produced from Contractor & same approval from st.consultants) Equivalent Quality from R.M.C. also allowed. R.C.C. work with controlled concrete of grade M-30 in the following terms.The rate shall include cost of shuttering, scaffolding, providing and laying concrete in shapes and sizes and to levels and grades as per design, curing etc. complete. The reinfocement shall e paid seperatoly. Equivevalent quality of RMC(Ready Mix Concrete) from ISI/ISO CERTIFIED PLANT ENSURING DISGN MIX STRENGTH WITH ALL LEAD,LIFT BY PUMP ETC. COMP.) is also allowed with same rate. While calculating the rate , Contractor shall understand that, This is fast track Project. It hence, contractor shall consider shuttering with steel props frames support ( Acro or Equivalent) for Concreting of Successive floors without removing shuttering of bottom floor (Rate for All Floor & Heightes and No extra lead given for RMC Plant) (C) Columns- M30

G.I. pipes work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete.

Providing TMT Bar FE 500/500D reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto any floor any level

Providing and fixing eco-friendly light weight 6mm Polyvinyl chlorin sheet false ceiling having Regular edge & 15 mm Thick Densified edges on the Tile Periphery for Extra Strenght The Light Weight calcuim silicate ceiling tiles shall have, light reflection 85% non-combustible as per B.S. 476 partVI,, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity 0.043° w/m KC for the best thermal insulation. The Light weight calcium Silicate tile shall be of approved texture fine fissured/spintton/cosmos having NRC value of 0.5 & Globe having NRC value of 0.75 NRC or equivalent of size 595 x 595 mm to be laid on true horizontal level suspended inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main 'T' runner suitably spaced at joints to get required lenght and size of 24 x 38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm centre to centre, and cross 'T' of size 24 x 28 mm made out of 0.33 mm (Minimum) sheet spaced 1200 mm along spaced between main 'T' at 600 mm centre to centre to form agrid of 1200 x 600 mm and secondary cross 'T' of lenght 600 and size 24 x 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 x 600 mm resting on periphery walls/partitions on a perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size (24 x 24 x 300mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre to centre with 25 mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval and laying 15 mm thick Densified edges light weight calcium silicate ceiling tiles of aaproved texture (Fine Fissured/Coscos/Spintone) in the grid including, cutting/making opening for services like diffuses, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., wherever required, Main 'T' runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleated of size 25 x 35 x 1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanized steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x0.8 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre long main 'T' bottom exposed with 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :- Only calcium silicate false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for expopsed frames/opening (cuts outs) having area less than 0.30 sqm. The calcium silicate tiles shall have NRC. Value of 0.50 (Minimum) for Fine fissured/Spintone/Cosmos and 0.75 NRC for Globe, light reflective 85% non-combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity. 0.043° w/m KC for the best thermal Insulation.

Providing anf fixing multicell polycarbonate sheet of minimum thickness 10 mm with 3 cell 4 wall having wall flenge and supporting wall thickness as per manufaturer specification extruded translucent panel with vertical standing seam at both side of ther panel with snap on connector to intyerlock the panels with a single/double tooth greep/lock mechanisum to ensure maximum uplift capacity including end cap/ alluminium U profile (Mill finish) for end panel shall be coexetruded both side UV protected with antiglare colour to Prevent glare. The panel shall be fixed to pre installed structural MS frame work (MS structure shall be paid saperatly in relavent Item) and be secured with snap on connector at all level including all accesaries like screw, washer , flashing, trims etc.. complete as desired including transportation lift scaffloding etc.conforming to specification and direction of Engg. In charge.
