Providing 20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (i) Cement mortar 1 :3 (1-cement:3-sand).

Providing & Fixing of Chicken mesh 16 x 24 including nails and labours charges etc. complete as directed by EIC.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion Apex Ultima or Ultima Protect or equivalent paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete as per the direction of EIC. (Minimum Three Year Warranty on Apex Ultima Advanced Anti-Algal Weather Proof Emulsion paint)

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreian matter.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surface with enamel paint, to give an even shade including cleaning the of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick shutters for Doors, windows and clerestory windows including Indian teak wood frames 10 cm x 7 cm. size including anodized alluminium fixtures and fastenings including primer coat of approved quality and two coats of oil painting etc, complete. (ii) Fully Panelled.

Providing and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80 mm wide M.Slaths inter-locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with bracket platesguide channels and arragements for inside and outside locking with push-puloperation including the cost of hood coveand spring etc. complete. Providing and fixing M .S. grills of required pattern to wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats at required spacings and frame alround, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws (A) Plan Grill.

Providing upto floor two level precast cement concrete jali or grill 1 :2:4 mix (1- Cement : 2- coarse sand : 4-graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia. Mild steel wire including roughening.cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1 :3 and curing complete. (A) 50mm thick

Applying priming coat over new steel and other mete! surface after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning, oil.qrease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with brushes fine steel wood, scrapers and sand paper with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface an even shade including cleanicn the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreian matter.

Cleaning of Terrace surface and filling the crack with crack seal chemical and applying one coat of Asian primer and two coat of Damp proof chemical of Asian brand etc. complete water proofing work with materials and labour charges. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and spreading of red garden earth including all lead and lift, transportation charges with spreading of earth etc. complete, including cost of material and labour as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Plantation of Lawn : Grassing with :Doob" grass in rows 7.5 cm apart in either direction including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 45 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn free from weeds and fit for moving.
