Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Filling in foundation and plinth with murrum or selected soil in layers of 20cm. thickness including watering, ramming and consolidating etc. complete.

Removing and scraping of old deteriorated plaster of any thickness fromm wall / R.C.C member upto height of 20 mtr. above ground level including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable from site of work with all lead and lift.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Rough (Similar) side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (ii) Cement mortar 1:4 (1-cement :4-sand)

Providing and Fixing barbed wire fencing on wall with angles ISA 50 x 50 x 6 mm supplied in ‘y’ shape up to 1.00 mt. high at 2.00 mt.C/C and barbed wire in 8 raws at 15 cm height distance and concertina coil ( Razer coil) 600 mm dia weight at 10.50 kg/6 mt (01 coil) in standard quality in heavy coating as per detailed drawing and as directed by the Engineer – in – charge.

Steel work, riveted in built up sections framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. (A) In door, main gate, beams and joists, channels angles Tees, flats, with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams. Hip and jack rafters, purlins conneted to common rafters and the like as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing sump covers in all types of C.I frame and cover in M200 including cost of casting, steel reinforcement, shuttering and carting at site having the thickness of 100 mm etc. complete as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc. consisting of following operations. (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 15 (1 cement 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge. (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. "All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge": With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Providing and applying epoxy grouting of approved make to concrete surface for RCC ESR of GSR or any other strucure including cleaning the surface by scrapping and air blowers to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge necessary scaffolding etc. complete with all leads and lifts and giving satisfactory hydraulic test for water tightness as per IS codes. For old surface-two coats.

Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.200 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (C) Slabs, landing, shelves, Balconies Lintels, Beams, Girders and Cantilever upto floor two level.

Providing and fixing FRP frame size 125 x 65 mm and 35mm thick FRP shutter with wood grain raised panneled design finish shutter having extra reinforcement on sides & edges in Gel coat finish. The core of the shutter & frame is to be filed up with injected polyurethene foam done in situ alongwith embedded wooden pieces for stiffening & also taking hinges & fintures. The whole FRP frame & shutter is to be water proof weather proof, termite proof & resistance to mild acid/alkali. Rates are to be inclusive of S.S hinges with fastener sleeve & alluminium fixtures & fastenings.

Providing upto floor two level precast cement concrete jali or grill 1:2:4 mix (1- Cement : 2- coarse sand : 4-graded stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia. Mild steel wire including roughening,cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 and curing complete. (A) 50mm thick

Dismentling doors, windows, ventilators etc. (wood or steel) shutters including chowkhats architraves, holdfasts and other attachment etc. complete and stacking them within all lead and lift.(i) Not exceeding 3 Sq.M. in area. [

Construction of valves chambers in brick or bela stone masonry, locally available in C.M. 1:6. Foundation concrete 150 mm thick in C.C. 1:4:8 of trap metal size 25 mm to 40 mm thick, inside cement plaster in C.M. 1:3 and cement pointing outside in C.M. 1:3 and top cover of precast RCC slab 100 mm thick (with key hole in two parts, each with handles or MS Bar etc. complete as given size) up to 1 mt. depth from G.L. to pipe invert level incl. complete civil works but excl. cost of excavation and refilling. With cast in situ RCC slab in one single piece with fixing of CI-MH frame and cover (excl. cost of CI-MH frame and cover) with 23 mm thick brick masonry wall in C.M. 1:6. Size of chamber 1.30m x 1.30m and 1.00 mt. deep with precast slab in two parts 15mm.

Applying any approve quality of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex paint) in two coats including cleaning washing etc. complete for E.S.R. (up to height 20 mt.) only to Existing ESR incl. scaffolding.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex paint) on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metal surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning, Oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with brushes Fine steel wood, scrapers and sand paper with ready mixed priming Paint brushing red lead. Painting two coats on new steel and other metal surface with synthetic enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing water level indicator or depth gauge painted on TW plank 25 mm/MS plate 4 mm thick float, level indicator sliding wire on standard pulleys incl. necessary arrangement to prevent the swinging etc. complete with colibration up to 5 mt. height

Writing letter or figures on any surface with black japan paint (stops,comas, hyphens and the like not to be measured and paid for separately)(i) Block (Letters/Figures) (Per 10 Letter pet CM.HT).

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg./Sq.Cm. in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:5. (1- Cement : 5 -fine sand)(B) Conventional

Providing and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80 mm wide M.S. laths inter-locked together through their entire length and jointed together at the ends by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with bracket plates, guide channels and arragements for inside and outside locking with push-pull operation including the cost of hood cover and spring etc. complete.(A) Shutters having width below 3.5 M.

Excavation for foundation upto 1.5 m depth including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff upto all 50 Meter lead.(A) Loose or soft soil.

Excavation for foundation for depth from 1.5 m to 3.0 m including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff upto 50 Meter lead. (B) Dense or Hard soil. [GSR (Valsad) 2023-24 : 04B002B/0/48]

Filling in foundation and plinth with rubble soling in layer of 20 cm. thickness including watering ramming and consolidating etc. comp.

Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.250 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (A) Foundations, footings, Base of columns and Mass concrete.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick M.S. sheet sliding shutter with frmae and diagonal braces of 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron, 3.15 mm M.S. gusset plates at junctions and corners 25 mm dia pulley, 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle and T-iron guide rail at top and bottom repectively with handles, stoppers and locking agangement etc, including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.
