Providing formwork of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centering,shuttering, struting and propping etc. Height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 m and removal of the same for in-situ concrete and plain concrete work in (A) Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. and mass concrete. 20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3-sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete.

Providing and fixing FRP frame size 125x65 mm and 35mm thick FRP shutter with wood grain raised panneled design finish shutter having extra reinforcement on sides & edges in Gel coat finish. The core of the shutter & frame is to be filed up with injected polyurethene foam done in situ alongwith embedded wooden pieces for stiffening & also taking hinges & fintures. The whole FRP frame & shutter is to be water proof weather proof, termite proof & resistance to mild acid/alkali. Rates are to be inclusive of S.S hinges with fastener sleeve & alluminium fixtures & fastenings.

P & L 24" x 24" vitrified 8 mm thick tile flooring over 20 mm (average) base of cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 coarse sand) on new surface or fixing on existing flooring by adhesive material including dismentaling of existing flooring and jointed with color cement slurry including finised with flush pointing & cleaning the surface etc. complete for antiskit (upto 10 ton)

Providing and laying white glazed tiles 6mm thick in skrting risers of steps and dedo on 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1-cement : 3-coarse sand) and jointed with white cement slurry (upto 10 ton)

Providing and laying polished kota stone slab 25mm thick in risers of steps,skirting Dedo and pillars laid on 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1-Cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointed with gray cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing etc. complete. (upto 10 ton)

Providing and laying marble stone slab flooring over 20mm (average)base of cement mortar 1:6 (1-cement : 6 coarse sand) or L.M. 1:1.5(1- lime putty : 1.5 - coarse sand) laid and jointed with gray cement slurry including rubbing and polishing complete. (A) Marble slab 25mm thick (upto 10 ton)

Removing dry oil bound distemer/Snowcem/oil paint etc on all internal and External surfaces by washing and scrapping and sand preparing the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete

Distempering (Two Coats) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on wall surface to give an even shade over and including two coats of putty and two coats of primer of approved Brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also excluding preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth with asian paints distemper as Directed by Engineer incharge.

Finishing wall with Classic exterior paint on wall surface (two coats) including two coats of primer to give an approved brand and manufactures and of required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirts, and remains of loose powdered material as Directed by Engineer incharge.

Painting two coats oil paints including two coats of primer on Wood and wood based surface with enamel paint interior to give and even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt and other foreign matter sand papering. And stopping as Directed by Engineer incharge.

Supply and apply of Asian paints Smartcare Damp Proof -single component fibre reinforced acrylyc coating.The coating must be applied in three coats with first coat at 33% dillution and the remaining two coats without dillution.for priming coat ,no additional primer is allowed.The coating should be white in colour and shall carry TUV test certificate, singapore with SRI value of 105.6. the coating shall also have anticarbonation property with waterproofing protectionup to 7 bars hydrostatic pressure as Directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing laying and jointing in true line and level 15mm dia. U.P.V.C. Pipe ( SCH- 40) for cold water including fittings make PRINCE / SUPREME / ASTRAL / FINOLEX or equivalent as approved by Engineer In Charge. Pipe shall be fixed on the wall with the help of clamp at every two metre C/C or shall be concelled as directed including necessary fittings etc. including testing of pipe and joints and fixing the same with adhesive solvent, including cost of all materials.

Providing laying and jointing in true line and level 25mm dia. U.P.V.C. Pipe ( SCH- 40) for cold water including fittings make PRINCE / SUPREME / ASTRAL / FINOLEX or equivalent as approved by Engineer In Charge. Providing and fixing PVC SWR Nahni trap IS 14735 for drain - 100 mm diameter with jali of the following nominal diameter of self cleansing design with C.I scread down or hinged grating including the cost of cutting and making good the walls.

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-Charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin- Charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-Charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in- Charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 and approved by Engineer-in- Charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineerin-Charge:With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm

Providing and laying of brick bats in sock pit.

Filling in foundation and plinth with murrum or selected soil, in layers of 20 cm thickness including ramming watering etc. complete.

Providing and fixing pre-cast Rubber Dye/steel dye inter locking concrete block 60mm thick with grade of concrete M300 pnumatic compressed /vibrated mechanically and as per approved design confirming to IS 15658:2006 including 35 mm Sand layer for levelling and filling the joint with sand in proper line and level as per guidlines of IRC: SP 63-2018 etc complete.

Providing and fixing pre-cast concrete kerb stone of greybcement based concrete block 30cm length, 30cm height and 15cm thick of M250 grade concrete as per approved design and including excavation for fixing in propper line and level, filling the joint with C:M 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand )etc complete (up to 10 ton)

Steel work, welded in built up sections framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of read lead paint. (A)In beams and joists, channels angles Tees, flats, with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams. Hip and jack rafters, purlins conneted to common rafters and the like.

Providing corrugated G.I. sheet of class-3 roofing fixed with glavanished iron J or L Hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washer or G.I. limpet washer. filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins, Rafters and Trusses.(1) 0.80 mm thick sheet. (upto 10 ton).

Providing and erecting 1.6 - 1.8 mm thick FIA approved and ISI mark (embossed) RIGID PVC PIPES of following size complete erected with necessary PVC fittings & Junction boxes fixed with adhesive solution & Clamps with following type of erection.2) For erecting concealed in RCC / Brick wall/slab or Open along with continuous fish wire to draw mains, laid in approved manner with plastering by cement mortar & finishing the surface to match the wall/ceiling.Supply and laying of 25 mm rigid PVC pipe of 1.6-1.8 mm thickness .
