Demolishing stone rubble masonry manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

SUB HEAD 2- PREPARATORY WORK: Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia. M.S. tube 1.5 m center to center, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.

SUB HEAD 3- STRUCTURAL REPAIRS: Steel‐rod stitching in cracked stone patties, beam and lintels. Providing and fixing stainless steel rods of 90cms length of which 15cm on either side and cold bending at 90degrees. The stainless steel clamps to be fixed perpendicular to the crack by drilling in stone and fixing with quartz sand (1:3) and araldite mixture in such a way that the entire length of the rod is in complete contact of the stone and the bent ends are fully inserted in the cracked stone. Use 316 grade stainless steel charges per hole. Steel rod charges are counted per kg. Holes with 6mm, 8mm, 10mm or 12mm dia.as per requirement of position as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Repairing of 0.5mm to 5 mm wide open joints / cracks in all types of sand /lime stone masonry work including scrapping of loose jointing material from cracks. The inner side to be filled/pointed with lime mortar with wooden trowel and fixing grouting nipple from outer side as directed by Architect. Then apply lime mortar by injection grouting through 5mm diameter nozzle through the pre fix nipple up to total thickness of existing stone wall and removing the PVC nipple pipe, lime moratr of mix lime & sand 1:1 mix with polymer using katha or other additives to achieve require matching colour and including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, equipment, curingand cleaning the site as directed.

Providing & Applying weedicide treatment on masonary surface to treat vegetation i.e. plants, shrubs, grass developed on deteriorated masonary using glyphosate - 70 diluting in water @ 1kg / 10 l of water and applying the same with spraying on walls.

Carrying out wall treatment for termite control including spraying with chemical solution in oil base including labour and material Using Chlorpyriphos 20 ECAs per IS 6313 part - II (1% concentration by mass) is recommended i.e one litre chemical emulsion diluted with 19 liter oil base. Total solution will be 20 liters inclusive of one liter chemical emulsion application at the rate of 7.5 litre chemical / Sqm of surface is recommended as per I.S.

Providing Around periphery of building Diluting and injecting chemical emulsion for POSTCONSTRUCTIONAL anti-termite treatment (excluding the cost of chemical emulsion) : Along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion @ 7.5 liters / sqm of the vertical surface of the substructure to a depth of 300mm including excavation channel along the wall & rodding etc. complete: With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration

Providing Treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 liters per hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm center to center and sealing the same as directed by the engineer in charge.

SUB HEAD 4 - CIVIL WORKS: Cleaning the sand stone surface and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc., including providing, applying and washing the surface with liquid Shopberry, Tamarind, Fenugreek solution and as with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface and finally washing the surface with clean water with the help of pressure jet machine, complete in all respect, including taking all precautions to safeguard ventilators, windows, doors etc. by suitable covering so as to avoid any damage to the building/ structure, all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Providing & Applying Lime Plaster: Providing & Applying (upto 12mm & more thick) lime plaster (Backing coat) on bela stone masonary for Facia Restoration walls using lime, coarse sand, stone dust and adhesives as per traditional practice, mortar mix of 1:2:2 (1 lime, 2 coarse sand, 2 stone dust) and appropriate adhesives i.e. jaggery syrup, methi powder, yellow oxide, geru powder,dolomite (marble powder) etc. as binders, colour pigments, insecticide and fungicide. Applying lime plaster incl. curing, consolidation, finishing complete with all materials, labour, tools and tackels.

Stone consolidation‐removing the loose/damaged stone and reconsolidating with new stone/reusable stone with lime mortar(1:3) wherever ncessary) before applying of lime plaster the surface must be wash with water after and incl. curing, consolidation, finishing complete with all materials, labour, tools and tackels as directed as Engineer- in- Charge

White bela stone masonry block in course in super structure with stone of approved quality in lime mortar 1:1.5 ( 1 lime : 1.5 Fine Sand) including packing the joints complete etc as per direction of Engineer In Charge as per direction of Engineer In Charge

Providing & Applying Lime Plaster: Providing & Applying 35mm - 40mm (average thickness 37.50 mm) lime plaster (Backing coat) on bela stone masonary walls using lime, coarse sand, stone dust and adhesives as per traditional practice, mortar mix of 1:2:1.5 (1 lime, 2 coarse sand, 1.5 Lime stone dust) and appropriate adhesives i.e. jaggery syrup, methi powder, yellow oxide, geru powder,dolomite (marble powder) etc. as binders, colour pigments, insecticide and fungicide. Applying lime plaster incl. curing, consolidation, finishing complete with all materials, labour, tools and tackels.

Providing & Applying Lime Plaster: Providing & Applying 25mm lime plaster (Moulding work to match the existing design ) (1st Coat of13mm+ 2nd Coat 12mm) on bela stone masonary walls using lime, coarse sand, Bela stone dust & Marble Dust as per traditional practice jaggery syrup, methi powder, mortar mix of (1 slaked lime,3 coarse sand, 1 Chirodi, 1 Marble Dust) and appropriate adhesives i.e. jaggery syrup, methi powder, as colour pigments, Applying lime plaster (1st Coat of13mminculding of motar filling of raked joints also+ 2nd Coat 12mm before applying of lime plaster the surface must be wash with water after and incl. curing, consolidation, finishing complete with all materials, labour, tools and tackels as directed as Engineer- in- Charge

Providing & Applying 25mm lime plaster in three coats having Backing coat of thickness 12mm on bela stone masonary walls using lime, coarse sand, stone dust and adhesives as per traditional practice, mortar mix of 1:1.5:2:0.5 (1 lime, 1.5 coarse sand, 2 stone dust,0.5 coarse chirodi) and appropriate adhesives i.e. jaggery syrup, methi powder, yellow oxide, geru powder,dolomite (marble powder) etc. as binders, colour pigments, insecticide and fungicide and second coat having thickness 10mm lime plaster (cushioning coat) on backing coat using lime, coarse sand, stone dust and adhesives as per traditional practice, mortar mix of 1:1.5:2:0.5 (1 lime, 1.5 fine sand, 2 stone dust,0.5 fine chirodi) and appropriate adhesives i.e. jaggery syrup, methi powder, yellow oxide, geru powder,dolomite (marble powder) etc. as binders, colour pigments, insecticide and fungicide with third coat of 3mm lime punning (Render coat) on bela stone masonary walls using lime, coarse sand, stone dust and adhesives as per traditional practice, mortar mix of 1:1.5:0.5 (1 lime, 1.5 stone dust, 0.5 fine chirodi) and appropriate adhesives i.e. jaggery syrup, methi powder, yellow oxide, geru powder,dolomite (marble powder) etc. as binders, colour pigments, insecticide and fungicide. Applying lime plaster incl. curing, consolidation, finishing complete with all materials, labour, tools and tackels.

Providing & Applying Lime Pointing (Raised pointing - false): Providing & Applying 6mm (or more - upto 8 mm) lime pointing on textured plaster walls using lime, fine sand, stone dust and adhesives as per traditional practice, mortar mix of 1:2:1.5 (1 lime, 2 fine sand, 1.5 stone dust) and appropriate adhesives i.e. shesh gunder syrup, methi powder, etc. as binders, insecticide and fungicide. Applying lime pointing incl. scaffolding, curing, consolidation, finishing complete with all materials, labour, tools and tackels.

Providing and applying of Permeable, water based Mature Lime wash finish of interior and exterior grade used for conservation and restoration of historical building, formulated by Mature Lime Putty with fillers, After the cleaning of surface and removing any loose or flaking material, applied two coat of Lime wash finish with one coat of Lime Based primer of approved color and shade to achieve desired finish apply by brush, roller and appropriate tools, as per specification, all completes with the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and Architect. Internal and external surface

Application of High quality Wacker SMK 1311 water base water repellent solvent free silicon coating impregnating on all Internal & external wall surfaces. The dilution of water should be done in ratio of 1:14 (1 Wacker : 14 water). The dilution should be applied in 2 coats, wet on wet application to the surface. The application can be made through brush or spray. The application should be done with prior preparation of surface by cleaning o it form residue of any material, dusting it clean for application.

Providing & Fixing carved lime stone Water Spout of appropriate size including sizing cutting carving and fixing in proper position at any height as per the orignal design and details in lime mortar 1:3:2 ( 1 Slaked lime:3 coarse sand:2 stone dusti) also including removal of old deteoriated stones and making grove and finishing the same with lime mortar coating

SUB HEAD 5 - WOOD WORKS: Providing and fixing well seasoned first class teak wood with wood preservetive full length new members like joists, rafters, purlins, etc. including all fixtures and fastenings with oil finish/ anti-termite treatmen etc. complete as per the drawing, Items to include using a larger section of wood to get the mouldings and chamfers as per original design, sample to be shown to the Architect and Engineer-in-Charge for approval before fixing and the execution of the work as per the direction of E.I.C i) Wooden Rafter Beam ,Main Rafter ,Ridge Beam sizes max upto 75mmx 200 mm On wall, on both side In oil finihsed with All necessary fitting & fixture as per sepcificactions ii) Wooden Purlin sizes max upto 50mmx75mm with all fitting & fixture. as per the specifications.

Providing and painting two or more coat of oil based synthetic enamel paint to old or new doors, window and ventilators over one coat of primer and one coat of full putty made in same shade of enamel including thorough cleaning, and sand papering and sealing all cracks, crevices, dent, knot and holes with best quality of waterproof putty etc complete on external face of wood shutters.

Painting (one or more coats) with black japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Providing & Laying 50mm thk. Lime stone slab flooring over the wooden roof incl. joint filling complete up to floor V lvl. Inculding erection of scoffolding & props also.

Providing & Applying Lime concrete: Providing & Applying 50-75mm lime concrete using lime, sand, stone dust, coarse aggregate and adhesives as per traditional practice, mortar mix of 2:1:1:1:0.5 (2 lime, 1 sand, 1 Dolomite, 1 Stone dust, 0.5 coarse aggregate) and appropriate adhesives i.e. jaggery syrup, methi powder, yellow oxide, geru powder,dolomite (marble powder) etc. as binders, colour pigments, insecticide and fungicide. Applying lime plaster incl. curing, consolidation, finishing complete with all materials, labour, tools and tackels.

Providing & Fixing heritage type circular wooden railing having 3" Dia is tobe fitted with brass coupler with well-seasoned class A Indian teak wood ( Nagpur teak, CP Teak, Valasadi or equivalent) to be finished with wallnut french polish and protection coat against weather to be mounted on exsisting wall as per design and directed by EIC.

Providing & Fixing heritage type circular wooden railing having 3" Dia is tobe fitted with brass coupler with well-seasoned class A Indian teak wood ( Nagpur teak, CP Teak, Valasadi or equivalent) to be finished with wallnut french polish and protection coat against weather to be mounted on brass pipe balusters as per design and directed by EIC.

SUB HEAD 6 - HORTICULTURE WORKS: Landscape and gradning work including plantation laying farm yard manual watering and planting palnts, shubs ext to match with exsisting pattern wherever required as directed by EIC
