Sub Head 2 - Demolition & Dismantling : Chipping of unsound/weak concrete /stone, Upto 75mm average thickness from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Demolition of R.C.C. works of all grades manually / mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lead and lift. (for slab & beams- all thickness)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved with all lead and lifts directed by Engineer-in-charge,

Excavation for foundation for all depths by manual / mechanical means including sorting out and stacking of useful materials and disposing off the excavated stuff with all lead and lifts as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil

Manually removal of vegetation (major trees, climbing plants, creepers) from roof slab, roof vault, walls, columns, arches, floor etc in a skilled and careful manner, using appropriate tools and means and without causing any damage to the adjoining parts, including carrying and stacking the dismantled materials including lift/lower upto roof vault, minatates, terrace etc, as directed by the engineer or architect in charge. The exposed surfaces will be coated with a paste made from ammonium sulphamate crystals or with "Tree killer" available in market. In this condition the root system may be left to absorb and die. Large sections of dead wood must not be left within the core. As they decay they will remove support and create voids and weaknesses in the wall. Pull off a well‐established mat of vegetation must be resisted.

Sub Head 3 - Structural Restoration & Strengthening : Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm up to 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars up to and including 12mm dia steel bars as dowels including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and inserting 12 mm dia galvanized iron injection nipples along crack lines in masonry work, including. i) drilling holes of required diameter up to depths from 30mm to 80mm or half the thickness of member (whichever is less), at required spacing but No.t exceeding the thickness of member or 300 mm. ii) Making grooves of size 12mm x 12mm along the crack line.iii) Making the crack dust free by blowing compressed air and then washing with water. iv) Sealing the distance between the injection nipples with approved putty (Polymer modified lime mortar /polyester putty/epoxy putty) etc. and allow it to cure. v) If limeitious grout material proposed to be used, washing and saturating the cracked surface with water by pumping from top most nipple and down wards complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.( The rate shall include all material, labour and all operations above. The cost of grout material shall be paid separately on the basis of actual quantity consumed.

Providing and injecting approved grout in proportion recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete/ masonry by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc. complete as per directions of Engineer-inCharge. Stirrer mixed Acrylic Polymer of approved make @ 2% of weight of cement used) modified Cement slurry made with non-shrink compound in concrete/RCC work

Providing and laying cement concrete work l:1½:3 (1- Cement: 1½ -Coarse:3-graded stone aggregate 20mm Nominal size) and finishing smooth with curing etc. complete including the cost of formwork but excl. the cost of reinforcement for RCC work in SLAB: having 10cm. and upto 25cm. thickness,. upto floor two level (Incl. cost of materials and labours).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. TMT Steel Bar and Medium Tensile steel bars work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. The reinforcement shall be treated with anti rust /corrosion as per direction in charge.

Providing formwork of Steel Sheets planking so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 M. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. (H) (1) Sides and soffits of Beams/Slabs, cantilevers Girders Bressumers and Lintels not exceeding 1 M. in Depth.

Polymer Modified Micro-Concrete: Providing and laying of polymer modified dual shrinkage compensated and Flowable micro-concrete MasterEmaco S-810 of BASF Construction Chemical having 28 day compressive stregth of 40 Mpa , blended with washed, saturated surface-dry (SSD), graded, low absorption, high density aggregates of size 8 mm & below up to 30% by weight of micro-concrete and water at 4 lit. per 25 kg bag or as per manufractures specification and pouring into the form work using suitable pumping device for uniform flow of concrete at specified locations. The side shuttering can be removed after 3 days and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate. Item rate inclusive of 4 mm thk steel form work with all lead & lift and including with welding rods & other consumbables materials, labours, supervision, tools, tackles, transportation, curing, etc., complete as per specification and as directed. Formwork and reinforcement will be paid separately. Complete in all respect as per instructions of Engineer In-charge.

Providing and fixing masonry crack stitching system in the form of high tensile grade 304 or higher stainless steel 6 mm dia helical reinforcing bars conforming t BS EN 845-1:2013 or equivalent international code into groove filled with approved grout.. Minimum ultimate tensile strength shall be 1000 N/sqmm and minimum tensile load capacity of 8 KN. The grout shall be thixotropic polymer modified cementitious grout with non-shrink properties and minimum compressive strength of 55 N/sqmm. For making groove , grind out mortar bed to a depth of 30 mm for half brick wall or 40 mm for full brick wall and 500 mm on either side of the crack. Clear the debris from the slot and thoroughly flush out with water. Pump the grout to the back of the slot to approximately 10 mm from surface. Push the stitching bar half way into grout filled slot, trowel back displaced grout and repoint all as per manufactures specifications including all machinery, skilled labour and tools and tackles complete in all respect as per instructions of Engineer In-charge.

Crack stitching 10mm Helibar : Providing and fixing of Helifix Hi-fin reinforcement Helibars of 10mm dia, single bar in one slot, MOC Austenitic stainless steel, ASTM 304, having cross section area of 14.8sqmm, pitch 45/48, with ultimate tensile strength not less than 17.5 kN, shear strength 9.5kN, along with Helibond Grout, a special cementitious grout with low expansion, non gassing and injectable with exceptional non shrink thixotropic properties having compressive strength at 28 days of not less than 45 N/sqmm. Including chasing of slot in mortar bed upto a depth of 40mm for HeliBars, cleaning the dust and debris from the slot, making damp with water to achieve good bonding of HeliBar with HeliBond grout in the groove of brick/stone masonry ensuring that it remains tight at the joint after curing, including all tools, tackles and equipment’s using specified machines, including Staging & Scaffolding, at various places where there is crack in brick/stone/block masonry as directed by structural Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing high tensile 304 grade 8 mm dia stainless steel helical bars conforming to BS EN 845-1: 2013 or equivalent international code. Fixing in dry condition from the side of arched openings at specified interval through stone/brick masonry matrix up to the depth of 1.0m.Minimum ultimate tensile strength shall be 1000 N/sqmm and minimum tensile load capacity of 17 KN. The rate includes making pilot hole upto required depth, driving the bars and finishing the head with matching mortar complete as per manufacturers specifications.(For Arches)

Hot lime grouting in 1:2 ratio (Quik lime : Sand) for wall bounding & voides fitting in Damaged Masonry.

Providing Lime stone slab for roofing and laying them in lime mortar 1:2 over wooden karries or R.C.C. battens or structural steel section (karries or battens or structural steel section to be spearelety), including pointing the celing joints with lime mortar 1:2 complete.

Providing & Grouting cracks in lime mortar 1:1:1 (1 lime:1 lime stone dust : 1 fine sand) with adding natural adhesives (glues) i.e. Jaggery syrup, neem glue, shesh gundar etc. by drilling holes along with the cracks (12mm) in zig-zag pattern inserting aluminum nipples in the same and applying gravity grouting with the lime mortar using funnel and plastic pipes all complete as directed by the EIC.

Sub Head 4 - Precast Concrete sections : Providing solid precast concrete grade M-35 (Cement content 370 kgs) element with provisions of shear keys, connecting loops, dowel tubes and proper lifting accessories for walls, beams, slabs, stairs, column etc, of various thickness, shape and size of different concrete grades manufactured in controlled factory environment with approved methodology including moulds (Pallet system, Tilts form, table moulds, battery moulds, vertical moulds, beam moulds, column moulds, staircase moulds, Facade mould, etc.), mixing, transporting and placing of concrete, vibrating, curing, finishing, making necessary cutout/ holes of required sizes for services, yard handling & stacking all complete as per IS 11447:1985 and as per approved shop drawings and design mix as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Erection & Installation of Precast Solid concrete wall elements in correct & final position with proper line level and plumb at site making all arrangements (i.e cranes, push-pull jacks & all another T & P for lifting Placing & Alignment of elements, within erection tolerance as per IS 15916 as per approved shop drawings and all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of sim pads, non-shrink grout and steel works i.e hangers. All work up to fifth floor.

Sub Head 5 - Civil & Architectural Works : Re- Strengthening of wooden beams in roofs including making good the holes in walls and painting with oil type wood preservative of approved brand and manufacture complete, including removal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing joists (karries) including hoisting, fixing in position and applying wood preservative on exposed / unexposed surface etc. complete

Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth not less than 20 mm with due care and precaution by mechanical / manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing/ refilling of joints including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground in all lead and lift.

Ruled / Flush pointing on stone masonry surface with lime, surkhi and marble dust mortar in the ratio of 1:1.5:1/2 {One lime: 1.5 surkhi (50% red and 50% light yellow surkhi ) : 1/2 marble dust}. (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved except scaffolding).

Sterilizing treatment using Biocide: Masonry covered with algae, lichen, mosses, small plants, etc should be removed with knife blades, spatula and stiff bristle or soft wire brushes. Spray diluted solution of quaternary ammonium based biocide on surface of the masonry with out allowing to spray drift. Leave the treated area for at least one week than brush off as much dead growth as possible. Next again spray a solution of a proprietary biocide and incorporating tribute tin oxide in same manner and clean the surface

Repairing of .5mm to 5 mm wide open joints / cracks in all types of sand stone masonry work including scrapping of loose jointing material from cracks. The inner side to be filled/pointed with polymer mixed lime mortar (Limepor 100 or equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-charge) with wooden trowel and fixing grouting nipple from outer side as directed by Architect. Then apply polymer based lime mortar by injection grouting through 5mm diameter nozzle through the pre fix nipple up to total thickness of existing stone wall and removing the PVC nipple pipe, lime moratr of mix lime & sand 1:1 mix with polymer using katha or other additives to achieve require matching colour and including cost of all materials, labour, machinery, equipment, curing and cleaning the site as directed (to be measured in Kg of the limepor mix)

Providing Lime Surkhi Sand Plaster 1:1:1 as a leveling course (1 Lime putty : 1 Surkhi : 1 Sand) including preparation of mortar by traditional practice (by grinding) including additives methi powder (@2kg per Cum), gur (@4kg per Cum), guggal (@1kg per Cum), surface preparation average thickness upto 40mm thick & Loi, tamping, beating, till the shrinkage cracks disappear. The work is done with all leads as the work is of restoration nature as per Punjab practice including adding gur, methi & gugal on old walls including removal of all old loose and decade plaster, each coat to be done after 3 days of previous coat. All surfaces to be plastered shall be thoroughly wetted for 24 hours before commencing plaster and shall be kept damp during the progress of work. At the same time the wall should not be too wet, as plaster is then likely to fall out. It is essential to maintain uniform suction of water by receiving surfaces, which shall be ensured by damping evenly all dry patches before applying plaster. The Engineer In Charge will inspect and approve all preparatory work before the commencement of plastering work. Curing to be done for 21 days with help of water spray pump.

Lime punning - Description Providing and finishing render coat of not more than 4mm thick to lime stone surface, both plain and decorative/ covered on the main façade, in Lime: quartz’s fine sand (inclusive of colouring pigment as required) using white lime in 1:3 Rates are including modification factor and shall be paid on plan area

Plastic / mortar Repairs (in ornamental / decorative work in stone or raised stucco motifs / ornamental features, like figurative forms urns, cornices, mouldings, finials etc ) using lime based mortars that is compatible with the host substrate (to provide an effective bond) shall be used. Profiled plastic repair for retention of carved enrichments using anchoring armatures of non-ferrous metals / any other as existing in host substrate and color matching using traditional techniques etc in (1:1 / 1:2) 10% pozzolonic lime mortar, with additives etc complete.

White stone Bela masonry block in course in super structure with stone of approved quality in lime mortar 1:6 ( 1 lime : 6 course Sand) including packing the joints complete etc as per direction of Engineer In Charge Preparation of damaged surface in the masonry Wall for Lime Plaster with use of stone pallets

Providing and applying lime plaster (Plain walls) up to 25mm thick, 12mm thk base coat in prepared with 1:2 lime + river sand and 10mm thk second coat in Prepared with 1:2 Lime +silica, 3mm final coat in lime putty 1:2 (Lime +fine Sand) by preparing the surface adequately with proper adhesion using liquid gud, methi, gugal complete as per engineer in charge

Providing and applying lime plaster (Cornices Band Size 150mm wide and 50mm average thick) up to 25mm thick, 12mm thk base coat in prepared lime + river sand and 10mm thk second coat in Prepared Lime +silica, 3mm final coat in lime putty 1:2 (Lime +fine Sand) by preparing the surface adequatly with proper adhesion using molasis preparation complete as per engineer in charge

Providing and laying Paver Cobble Sahbad Stone/Rajula Stones 75 mm thickness ( of 10x10,14x14 or 20x14 cm) sizes as per design over 1:3 lime mortar (1 lime : 3 graded medium coarse sand) bedding of average 50mm thickness, floated with thick and neat lime paste with consumption of lime @4.4kg/ sqm and 2 kg /sqm for joints mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the stone including dressing, rubbing, curing, rounded edges, wedge, tapering, cleaning etc. complete with no more than 15mm floor top level variation (the rate shall be for different patterns and details provided by the Architect. No extra amount will be paid for residues to be used to achieve the pattern). All sides of stone to be 25mm deep machine cut to achieve best edge quality and as design.

Providing and laying River-washed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 25 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of lime mortar 1:3 (1 lime : 3 coarse sand) laid and jointed with slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge :

Providing and fixing 300x300x25mm thk polished kota stone flooring & edging and natural finish on top, for paving in floors, drains, footpaths etc. laid over 20mm thick base lime mortar 1:3 (1 lime : 3 coarse sand) with joints 10mm wide filled with same mortar including ruled pointing etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Railing : Providing and fixing of pre-cast vertical members of size 100mm x 100m, 1m high for openings, comprising of Steel fiber reinforced free flowing Avcrete MC 60 (Super fluid Micro concrete), including fixing arrangement of 12mm diameter rebar grouted in epoxy, to Stone masonry ends and holes for 50mm dia precast concrete rails including 16mm diameter threaded bolts for anchorage of precast unit to stone masonry and Labour charges for assembling rails, vertical members, cutting, fixing in epoxy adhesive, anchoring to masonry walls etc for openings.

Providing and fixing of pre-cast vertical members of size 150mm x 150m, 1.35m (900mm above FFL) length for railing using free flowing Avcrete MC 60 (Super fluid Micro concrete), including MS square pipe of 72mm 72mm fixed to base plate of 300 mm x 300mm , 10mm thick plate with stiffeners anchored to base with 12mm mechanical fasteners. Holes for 50mm dia for precast concrete rails to pass through the vertical members including precast coping of 300mm x 300mm , 150mm high with mesh reinforcement and studs for anchorage to vertical members and Labour charges for assembling rails, vertical members, cutting, fixing in epoxy adhesive, anchoring of base plate to to stone masonry base etc for Railing.

Providing and fixing of pre-cast vertical members of size 300mm x 300m, 1.35m (900mm above FFL) length for railing using M60 Grade concrete, including MS square pipe of 72mm fixed to base plate of 500 mm x 500mm, 10mm thick plate with stiffeners anchored to base with 12mm mechanical fasteners, 12mm dia reinforcement , 4 nos with 8mm dia stirrups @ 200mm c/c.

Providing and fixing of precast rails of using free flowing M60 grade Avcrete MC 60 micro concrete 50mm diameter with MS pipe having ID of 15mm and pipe thickness 2.4 to 2.65mm, including applying anti-rust coating to pipes.

Roof : Providing, fabricating and erecting structural steel frame work for skylight of building court-yard (IS:2062-2011 ) including 1 coat of anti-corrosive zynchromite yellow/red surface primer and protective coating viz tubular rolled sections, trusses, I sections C sections, plates angles etc., profiled to required shapes including cost of insert plates, fasteners, fabricating, jointing, welding, threading, cost of primer and protective coating of approved make and colour, transportation to final worksite, erection in position etc. complete with all leads and heights as per drawings & specifications and approval of engineer-in-charge (Note : Rate shall include analysis of existing structure, design and preparation of shop fabrication drawings of the newly proposed structure for the approval of Engineer-in-charge. The design should be done considering the location of the site, nature of heritage building minimum basic wind speed of 200 kmph and other live and dead loads)

Providing and fixing of 5mm thick fiberglass reinforced plastic Plain sheet for skylight of building court-yard and fixing of Glass with (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J, or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self-drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required. complete with all leads and heights as per drawings & specifications and approval of engineer-in-charge (Note : Rate shall include analysis of existing structure, design and overlap of the sheet preparation of shop fabrication drawings of the newly proposed structure for the approval of Engineer-in-charge. The design should be done considering the location of the site, nature of heritage building minimum basic wind speed of 200 kmph and other live and dead loads)

Rain Water : Providing and supplying, Lowering, laying, fixing and jointing in standard length ISI mark rigid unplasticised PVC 110 mm dia Class 3 6kg/cm2 pipes suitable for Rain water / potable water with ring fit joint including cost of rings, as per IS specification no. 4985/1988 including all local and central taxes, transportation, freight charges, octroi, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to the departmental stores and including cost of jointing material etc. complete.

Cannons : Providing and fixing new BTC of thick up to 60 mm by finishing the decayed parts & components such as styles, rails, mullions, sash bars etc as per drawing & design so as to match the existing pattern, size, shape and fixing the same carefully using metal fasteners etc. including all necessary hardware fittings complete in best workmanship and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cast iron Cannon: Providing Detail Documentation (Written, Photographic and Graphic) of Cast iron cannon before, during & after conservation. Removing the fixed cannons from existing structure by appropriate method (tools & tackles) as per EIC, and provide thorough observation of cast iron existing damages. To provide appropriate Conservation Treatments with universal safe techniques & cleaning by dry method and modern methodology by Sand Blasting technique without causing any surface damage followed by applying appropriate Coating (tannin acid coat for Cast iron cannon), to be prepared by conservator at site, with appropriate Solvent (alcohol based) to prevent further deterioration & reinstalling the cannon on wooden cradle for cannon including all transportation, material, labour, equipment, etc. as per instructions of EIC/Architect. (Note: The entire process to be done by Principal Conservator with skilled assistants experienced in similar works)

Bronze Cannon: Providing Detail Documentation (Written, Photographic and Graphic) of Bronze cannon before, during & after conservation. Removing the fixed cannons from existing structure by appropriate method (tools & tackles) as per EIC, and provide thorough observation of bronze cannon’s existing damages. To provide appropriate Conservation Treatments with universal safe techniques & cleaning by dry method and modern methodology by Sand Blasting technique without causing any surface damage followed by applying appropriate Coating ( BTA Benzotrizole coat for bronze cannon), to be prepared by conservator at site, with appropriate Solvent (alcohol based) to prevent further deterioration & reinstalling the cannon on wooden cradle for cannon including all transportation, material, labour, equipment, etc. as per instructions of EIC/Architect. (Note: The entire process to be done by Principal Conservator with skilled assistants experienced in similar works)

Wood Work : Providing and fixing new timber door/window shutters with BTC wood chemically treated Door/Window shutters up to 60 mm thick as per original design, size and pattern, including all necessary hardware fittings like Iron Hinges with Iron pintels including welded pin, 450 mm scotch tee hinge Brass tower bolt (barrel type) 250x10 mm, Handle for doors Windows Cupboards etc. Brass 15 cms. Length etc complete in best workmanship and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing new timber frames up to 75mm thick with BTC/Indian teak wood chemical treated Door/Window frames made to size, shape and design as per original design, size and pattern including and fixed in position with hold fast (40x5-40 cm) long lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing new timber frames up to 75mm thick with well class A Indian well-seasoned teak wood (Nagpur teak, CP teak, Valsadi teak or equivalent) well-seasoned, chemical treated Door/Window frames made to size, shape and design as per original design, size and pattern including and fixed in position with hold fast (40x5-40 cm) long lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length etc complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of doors/ windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. Fixed to steel windows by welding

Providing, Installation and Commissioning of pre-fabricated with Material of eToilet Classic unit is SS 316 Grade. Public E- toilet (unit size 2.3 x 1.25 x 2.8 mtr) and is integrated with user-friendly electronic interfaces. It can be connected to Bio digester (Defense Research and Development Organization’s -DRDO Bio Digester 2 KLD - 1.4 x 1.2 x 1 mtr with Menstrual Hygiene Solutions for Women and Girls & Sanitary Napkin Vending Unit and Incinerator), 300 Liter overhead water tank is provided in the Classic Hand wash / health faucet water consumption may vary as per the usersBio digester. 30 cm above ground- raised including civil platform. as per specification, all completes with the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Sub Head 6 - Waterproofing : Providing and laying integral cement based brickbat coba water proofing treatment including preparation of surface With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations and furnishing a guarantee bond of 10 years: a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.7 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approve by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls up to 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineering-charge. d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick joint less cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineering-charge including laying glass fiber cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test.
