Detailed designing, Engineering, Procurement & Construction of Terminal Building for Domestic Operations with Earth Work, RCC/Steel Structure, Aluminum Profile sheet insulated roofing with safety system and steel structure, Brick Work, Aluminum/Glazed façade, Automatic Sliding Doors, Stainless Steel Railings, Cladding works, Flooring, False Ceiling, Interior Works including Furniture, Check In Counters, Sanitary, Plumbing and Water Supply works, STP, Rain water harvesting, Landscaping (Soft and Hard), Borewells, Art Work, Utilities, Internal/ External Electrification, Fire Fighting, Air Conditioning, Power Supply & Standby power supply, Fire alarm & detection system, solar power system, IT, Airport Systems, Signage’s, FIDS, Pavement Works, City side/Airside Roads, Car parking etc. as per scope, drawings, design & Specifications, Codes and Practices contained in tender document. The design of facilities shall confirm to standard specified by ICAO, DGCA, PWD, MORTH, IRC, NBC, CPWD, BIS, IEC etc. wherever required and in conformity with ATM/CNS/IMD regulations regarding permissible heights, locations requirements etc. including: (a) And all other works covered under Scope of work and meeting all relevant statutory requirements complete as required. (b) Round the clock operation and routine maintenance for 2 years for all works under MEP, IT/Airport systems as per the scope and specifications specified in the tender document. Date of commencement of operation and routine maintenance of all installations shall be reckoned from the date of actual operationalization of the terminal building for the purpose of releasing payment for O & M activities. However, the Contractor shall keep all work including MEP installations and other system in healthy and running condition at his own cost and nothing shall be payable for the intermittent period i.e between completion of work and operationalization of terminal building
