Construction of Subgrade (Construction of subgrade with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2) - For Subgrade Material.

Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH clause 401) - Grading II 1st & 2nd Layer

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. WMM 1st Layer & 2nd Layer as per MORTH Clause : 406

Providing, Applying, Evenly Priming Tack Coat on WMM surface with Emulsion SS1 @ 9 Kg / 10 Sqm including cost asphalt, heating and the cost of spraying uniformly complete as directed as per MORTH Clause

Providing and Laying compacted 80mm thick dense graded bituminious macadam as per MORTH Clause: 505 (DBM) Grade-2 in single layer using 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour, tack coat at the rate of 2.5 Kg / 10 m2 in each using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminious content @ 4.5% (VG-40) by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control with minimum road width or as directed by Engineer in charge to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification etc complete in all respects. The agency shall have to get the mix design done from approved laboratory and submit to the Engineer in charge for Approval. If the asphalt (bituminious) content is more than above, the agency shall have to bear the cost of additional asphalt. The payment shall be done on the permissible field density achieved on the ite instead of density derieved in the mix design. (Assume density = 2.40 gms / cm3)

Providing and Laying Bituminious Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour capacity using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4% (VG-40) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no 507 complete in all respects.

Median Fill with selected garden earth complete as per Technical Specification with all leads and lifts. (NH Bharuch SOR 2015-16 Chpt-3 Sr. No. 3.16, Page No. 21)

(II)Drainage System / Utility channel Divider & Toe wall Earthwork in cuting in all sorts of soil and soft murrum including conveying and spreading the stuff, embankment as and where directed from the end of the cutting with all required lead and lift. (A) All types of Soil.

Providing and filling in foundation & plinth with Rubble filling in layer of 20 cm thickness including watering, ramming and consolidating etc. comp.

Provdiing and laying Plain cement concrete in open foundation including form work shuttering etc. complete as per drawing and technical specifications and as per relevant clauses of sections 1500, 1700 & 2100 with P.C.C. M-15 grade in leveling course

Supplying and fixing of factory made Precast FT-Flume for Utility trench units of 2000mm length , top in to in width 1200 mm, in to in height of 1500 mm etc. product should be confirming to Indian Standard requirements, having live load on wall sides T-25 i.e. 1T/M2 made by using advanced precast technology having High Performance self compacting concrete of M-40 cylinder strength /M-50 cube strength and using FE500D reinforcement bar. The product shall have tie shape groove of 12-18 mm width x 16mm depth as per IS on both sides of each precast unit product for jointing two precast units using cement mortar or suitable non shrink grout. The product should have flange coupling jointing arrangement, one each at bottom & both the side walls, at appropriate location for shear connection between tow products for utility trench intake inside sloping site of about 42mm (H) x 200mm (W) should be provided on one of the wall at about 1n C/C along the road side face of the product. Provision of drainage hole (200mm dia RCC pipes as per design and drawing should be made in the product for avoiding buoyancy and releasing the pressure of the surrounding water in case of intensively heavy rain fall areas. The precast FT-Flume should have special provisions at appropriate location for mechanical installation, including supply transportation, on specific location at site in line, level, gradient and plumb with necessary testing commissioning etc. complete as per instruction of engineer in charge, size for 1200mm x 1500m.

Providing & laying factory made Precast Lid having size of 1000 mm X 1200 mm X 100 mm thick, having High Performance Self Compacting Concrete of M-40 cylinder strength/ M-50 cube strength and having anti-skid finish at top with specially designed lifting inserts of appropriate load carrying capacity and fixed at specific location to avoid the tilting of the lid for safe & faster installation. The Fe 500D shall be used for reinforcement. The precast Lid must consist special arrangement at appropriate location for mechanical installation including supply, transportation, at site in line, level, gradient and plumb with necessary testing commissioning etc. complete as per instruction of engineer in charge.

Providing,Unloading, Placing U Shape " Factory made"drain with lid including Bed preparation with 20mm thick levelling cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Sand) including Jointing work of drain and lid, precast RCC Self Compacting High performance Concrete grade M40 storm water U Shape drain with Lid having internal size 600 mmx 600 mm with lifiting MS insert plate of 100 mm x 300 mm x 8 mm thick on one side of Drain wall as per drawing and details. The drain shall have wall thickness of 100 mm that can take a Heavy vehicle load with 5 T Point load, steam cured, Fe 500 TMT steel as reinforcement as per details and with a smooth surface as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge including ransportation etc completed.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches. plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm. in depth consolidating each disposited layer by ramming and watering.

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in Open Foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications (A) PCC Grade M15:- (p) Height upto 5m (RA Attached)

Providing formwork of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. Height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 M. and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. (A) Foundations Footings Bases of Columns etc. and Mass concrete. (upto 10 ton)

Cement Concrete Kerb with Channel Cast in Situ Cement Concrete M 20 Kerb with Channel (Construction of cement concrete kerb with channel with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, kerb channel 300 mm wide, 50 mm thick in PCC M20 grade, sloped towards the kerb, kerb stone with channel laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408) - Using Concrete Batching and Mixing Plant.

Providing and laying controlled cement concrete M.200 and curing complete excluding the cost of formwork and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in (A) Foundations, footings, Base of columns and Mass concrete

Providing, cutting, bending and fixing in position of TMT bar reinforcement of grade Fe 500 in reinforced concrete structures complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Section 1600.

(IV) Road Furniture Providing and laying of Hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including Reflectorising Glass Beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35 & finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. x

Supplying and Fixing Cat Eye (Stimsonite) made out of Acrilo beautile sterine injection high compressed moulding with reflector made out of MMC (Prismatic type size 12cm X 6cm X 2.5cm) provided with the bitumenous adhesive 100g with each unit for fixing (Engineer Grade)

Retro- reflectorised Traffic signs (Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing)-Hi intensity Grade 90 cm equilateral triangle

Providing & fixing precast concrete block made by M40 grade concrete 60 mm thick STRADA GREY DL in Wibropress machine 60 mm in shot blasted finish with minimum average 4000kg/cm2 compressive strength at 28 days including 75 mm sand layer for levelling and finishing the joint with sand in proper line and level etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing concrete kerb stone of gray cement base concrete block KHB dropper Kerb HB to BN (LH), square etc gray SLVWP 600mm x 300mm x 150mm of M40 grade concrete with minimum average 4MPA bending strength at 28 days including excavation for fixing in proper line and level, filling the joint with cm 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) etc. complete.

Providing and fixing tree pit of RCC frame of size 800 mm x 800m and 50mm thick with internal diameter of 500mm with alll lead and lift.

Median Fill with selected earth complete as per Technical Specification with all leads and lifts.
