The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder should have executed a project for the supply and installation/commissioning of the same or similar category products during the preceding 3 financial years, with specific order values such as a single order of at least 35% of the estimated bid value, two orders of at least 20% each of the estimated bid value, or three orders of at least 15% each of the estimated bid value. Additionally, the bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a number of Financial years. The bidder should also have supplied the category of products for 40% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years before the bid opening date to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU. 2. Past Performance: The bidder should have a satisfactory performance certificate issued by the respective buyer organization for the above orders. Copies of relevant contracts to be submitted along with the bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the financial years. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 35%, 20%, and 15% for Experience Criteria - 40% of the bid quantity for Past Performance - 50% and 20% Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 and Class 2 Local Supplier respectively - 15% margin of purchase preference/price band for MSE Seller - 25% percentage of total quantity for contract award to MSE Seller The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of local content and details of locations where local value addition is made - Declaration relating to the percentage of local content shall be certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor, if the OEM is a company, and by a practicing cost accountant or a chartered accountant for OEMs other than companies - Udyam Registration and validation of credentials through the Udyam Registration portal for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) - Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets of relevant periods or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period - Relevant documentary evidence in respect of the offered product or service to avail the Purchase preference - Certificate (Requested in ATC)
