Detailed designing, Engineering, Procurement & Construction of Terminal Building for Domestic Operations with Earth Work, RCC/Steel Structure, Aluminum Profile sheet insulated roofing with safety system and steel structure, Brick Work, Aluminum/Glazed façade, Automatic Sliding Doors, Stainless Steel Railings, Cladding works, Flooring, False Ceiling, Interior Works including Furniture, Check In Counters, Immigration Counters, Customs Counters, Sanitary, Plumbing and Water Supply works, STP, Rain water harvesting, Landscaping (Soft and Hard), Borewells, Maintenance System for False Ceiling/Facade, Art Work, Utilities, Internal / External Electrification, Fire Fighting, Air Conditioning, IT, Airport Systems, Escalators, Lift, Signage’s, Solar System, FIDS, Pavement Works, Airside Roads etc. as per drawings, Specifications, Codes and Practices contained in tender document. The design of facilities shall confirm to standard specified by ICAO, DGCA, PWD, MORTH, IRC, NBC, CPWD, IS, IEC etc. wherever required and in conformity with ATM/CNS/IMD regulations regarding permissible heights, locations requirements etc. i/c all other works covered under Scope of work and meeting all relevant statutory requirements complete as required. Scope of work shall also cover operation & routine maintenance for a period of 04 years i/c DLP of 02 years and AICMC for a period of 02 years after DLP. etc. (PBB, BHS work are not included in scope of work). O&M and AICMC shall be applicable for packages indicated at para no. 37.1 &37.12 of SCC (Electrical) only. Accordingly bidder quote the offer.(The bidder shall quote the offer including GST)
