Note (For item No 4 to 8 :Electric Siren & PA System) :- contractor need to furnish the complete PA system and electric siren scheme layout showing all the item details and take approval from the competent authority before execution of work and if any thing left out in PA system items that to be catered by the contractor without any cost to department and price for those items are inclusive in the items of PA System to make the system operational and smooth function of the system.
