Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, i.c. cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-InCharge. (a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Course sand)

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty : (a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Labour work for repairing of steel door/steel window/steel ventilator/steel frame of door/window by necessary welding and repairing excluding cost of any new material but including hire charge and transportation charge of welding machine and including all labour required for the work including fixing door /window fixtures, fittings, fasteners by welding or other way all complete to have smooth functioning of the door, windows to satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Note : (1) Number of doors / windows shall be counted for payment purpose. (2) Cost of door fixtures e.g. Hinges, M.S peg stays, handles, window fasteners shall be paid separately.

Applying two or more coats of fibre reinforced water proofing membrane chemical" SMARTCARE DAMP PROOF" of Asian Paints or equivalent over the existing water proofing surface to make it leak proof and damp proof. the operation of chemical shall be as follows. (a) The surface to be treated with the chemical shall be made free of loose materials and should be properly cleaned. (b) Any cracks shall be filled with 'Smart care crack seal' of Asian paints or equivalent as per the manufacturer's specification. (d) The surface so prepared after filling of cracks if any shall be applied with self-priming coat of damp proof (diluted with water in ratio of 3:1 (3 parts of water : 1 part of self priming coat) (e) After applying the damp proof primer apply the two coats of water proofing membrane chemical" SMARTCARE DAMP PROOF" of Asian Paints or equivalent as per the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The second coat shall be applied after 4-6 hours after the application of first coat. Note : (i) The rate includes all the cost of material and labour involved in the above operation except filling of cracks which will be paid seperately under relevant item. (ii)Testing of the treated surace shall be done for leak-proof condition by ponding the surface, payment shall be made after satisfactory leakage seal by the Engineer in charge.
