The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed three works, each of Rs 351.91 Lakh or two works, each of Rs 439.89 Lakh or one work of Rs 703.82 Lakh in a single contract of similar nature of work, which includes Flexible Pavement works in Airfield, National Highways/Expressways, Harbour pavements, State Highways with MORTH specifications during the last seven years. Substantial completion is based on 80% (value-wise) or more works completed under the contract. The bidder should have achieved a minimum annual value of general construction work, with at least 50 percent of which is from Engineering (Civil) as relevant to the work being procured construction works, carried out in any of the year during last five years. The bidder should have completed works with a value that meets the specified criteria, with at least 50% of the works being in the Engineering (Civil) category. Specific values and percentages required are: - At least 50% of the works completed in the last 5 years in the Engineering (Civil) category - Annualized average financial turnover of Rs 311.44 Lakh - Minimum net worth of Rs 131.97 Lakh - Completed works with a value that meets the specified criteria, with a multiplier of 2 applied to projects costing up to Rs. 1500 Crores.
